MM337516****This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations and I must give it a full five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, every detail made me feel at home. **1. Intimate service, as warm as family** The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and check-in is efficient and orderly. After learning that I was a tourist from out of town, they proactively recommended nearby food and travel routes, and even gave me a hand-drawn guide map. When I arrived late at night, I was unexpectedly served hot night porridge and snacks, which instantly relieved my fatigue from the journey. The staff provided service with a smile throughout the whole process, and even the cleaning lady would take the initiative to say hello. This kind of sincere care made people feel very cordial. **2. Simple design and thoughtful facilities** The room design continues Atour's consistent fresh style, with natural wood tones and soft lighting to create a warm home atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the down quilt is light and warm, leaving you refreshed after a night of deep sleep. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are made from natural plant ingredients, and it also comes with a full set of skin care samples. I especially like the smart guest control system, which makes it very convenient to adjust the lighting/air conditioning by voice! **3. The ultimate experience of detail control** • Free laundry service: There is a self-service laundry room next to the gym, providing a one-stop solution for washing and drying • 100 Books Project: Books can be borrowed for free at the lobby book bar and returned to stores nationwide upon check-out • All-day tea: 24-hour supply of red date tea and lemonade, paired with seasonal fruits, super heart-warming • Breakfast surprise: A wide variety of Chinese and Western buffet breakfasts, as well as local snacks **4. This stay completely refreshed my understanding of mid- to high-end hotels. Atour interpreted the brand concept of ”humanity, warmth, and fun” with details. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a quality choice worth staying in again and again! When I checked out, I was already looking forward to our next encounter. I hope Atour will keep its original intention and pass on this beauty to more travelers.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are clean and sanitary. There is a self-service afternoon tea in the lobby. Special thanks to the guest relations director Chen Lixiang for the attentive service. The hotel staff have very good attitudes and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel is close to the North Golden Eagle Commercial Pedestrian Street. I won’t go there next time. The second choice, Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel, feels the warmth like home👍👍👍!

Standing in the room, you can see the Salt Cube TV Tower when you open the window, and you can overlook the night view of Yancheng when you lie down. In the morning, you can see the skyline and the sun shines directly on the bed.

MM459920****National Day punch card Dazong Lake Kaiyuan Hotel, the experience is directly full! Going to Dazong Lake on National Day, choosing Kaiyuan Hotel is really the right choice! Just arrived at the hotel, I was intimately sent to the free parking lot. The security guard took the initiative to help direct the reverse, and also took the luggage in our hands. It did not let the anxiety of finding a parking space during the holiday affect the mood. When checking in, the front desk lady Xiao Xue smiled very sweetly. Not only did she finish the procedures quickly, she also took the initiative to give us the tour route of the popular science scenic spot, and even remember ”which section of the reed is the most popular film”. It was a surprise to enter the room. The floor-to-ceiling windows were facing the lake view. In the morning, you could see the mist around the reeds. The bedding was soft like a cloud. The bathroom was super clean and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. Even the toiletries were light and woody. The details were full. The most amazing thing is the hotel's special performance! In the evening, I watched the non-legacy song and dance on the lakeside stage. The actors wore traditional costumes. The song accompanied by the sound of the lake was particularly atmospheric. There was also an interactive link in the middle. We followed up with simple folk actions. The live laughter was constantly, which was much more interesting than simply visiting the scenic spot. The food did not disappoint, the restaurant's big longitude lake clear water crab crab yellow to full of oil, the powder round dumplings wrapped in fruit filling, even fried vegetables are fresh enough to taste dewy. The waiter added tea and changed dishes in a timely manner. I saw that we had brought the children and took the initiative to send small snacks, which was intimate and warm. This National Day lived comfortably and had fun. From parking to check-in, to eating and entertainment, Kaiyuan Hotel made people feel thoughtful everywhere. I have recommended it to my friends, and I will choose here next time I come to Dazong Lake!

AAnthony Gareth BaileyMy 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
