The environment is quiet, and the room was very clean. The front desk staff, Cai Cai, provided excellent and enthusiastic service.

JJoseph Gray BaileyIt's an interesting location--an artist village--way out in the bucolic and rustic countryside. I enjoyed my time staying in a house with the 2nd floor. The service was very good (including being driven around a forest park, the village, and to another bigger village for party supplies). The location is very close (walking distance) to the crane (bird) wildlife refuge. The restaurant there is also really good with a nice variety of selections. Everyone in the village was quite friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserI went to Yancheng for a business trip. Accommodation was a problem. I chose this Geya hotel for a long time on the Internet. When I entered the bookcase in the lobby, I attracted me. There were various books to borrow. The front desk service was also very warm and attentive. I checked in. Entering the room is also very spacious and bright, the facilities inside are complete, very clean and tidy, it feels very comfortable, unlike some hotels, the online pictures look very good, actually very garbage, and this is really good, this is the future business trip. The Hanting room I stayed in this time was the worst experience in the past few years...
The first room 08 given to the store had a continuous dripping sound outside the window. I asked the front desk lady to help change to a quieter room away from the elevator, so it was changed to Room 29. A day across three provinces, a little tired, entered the door directly to sleep, but was awakened by the intermittent whistle in the middle of the night, only to find the new so-called upgrade room, facing the T-junction...
At night, with the sound of the whistle and the crunch of the problem manhole cover (slate) being crushed by the wheels, the half dream half awake...
Finally, I had a deep sleep in the morning. As a result, there was a intermittent metal impact at 6 o'clock. I got up and checked. It turned out that the hard-working cleaner downstairs was wiping the trash can at the intersection of the commercial street. There were 9 trash cans in three places. Each had to be licked to wipe the bucket body and pushed back to its place. So there's the sound of trash cans hitting the guardrails...

Service: We brought our dog with us, and we communicated with the front desk beforehand. The staff member who answered the phone asked about the dog's age, and we answered all their questions. After confirming it was okay, I checked the reviews, and the first one was pet-friendly, so we brought our dog. However, when the front desk staff first saw my dog, they didn't react at all. But when I returned to the hotel after walking the dog in the afternoon, a lady, possibly the supervisor, said dogs weren't allowed. I was completely confused. I had my husband take the dog upstairs while I stayed at the front desk to negotiate. During this time, another front desk staff member said that the colleague who answered our inquiry had already stated that pets weren't allowed when we asked if we could bring a dog! I'm really curious, why didn't you react when my dog first appeared in your sight? How are your rules made? Are they made by one supervisor? Why should we, the consumers, pay for this if there's no communication between you? This whole mess is really baffling. And then there's the fact that they tried to sell me a membership card as soon as I checked in – I don't understand either. Honestly, pushing membership cards at check-ins is something that happened 5 years ago. So when they saw my face this morning and asked if I'd stayed here before, they had a completely different attitude when they saw the dog! This time, the experience was truly terrible!

GGuest UserThe shower room uses a curtain, which is not very satisfactory! When I checked out, I looked at it and found that part of it was made of curtains and part of it was made of sliding doors. The toilet seemed to be leaking a bit. Everything else is fine, the location is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and there is parking space.
