AAnonymous UserThe hotel's ceilings are quite low, and the elevator is slow. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, as I was constantly cold. The bathroom lighting was also poorly designed. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly, but the male supervisor at the front desk was unhelpful and seemed more interested in getting rid of guests than providing good service. They do offer a shuttle service to and from the train station, which runs frequently, but it's not free.

LLampard777The hotel is located in the Dayang Bay Scenic Area, with a good location and convenient access to the scenic area. I booked a private hot spring room with its own hot spring pool. You can take a bath at any time and it is very private. The hotel facilities are also good, with smart toilets and coffee machines. After booking for two days, pastries, fruits and mini bars are replenished every day, which is a good comment. I specially booked the cherry blossom period. The cherry blossoms in Dayang Bay are in full bloom, which is very beautiful. You can take pictures no matter how you shoot. The scenic area is very large. If you are tired, you can contact the hotel butler to help you transfer back to the hotel. Overall, I feel very satisfied with this trip. Finally, I would like to thank a young lady at the front desk! At that time, I had just checked out and was ready to call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, the taxi driver needs to drive in from the east gate. The driver couldn't find the hotel and directly canceled the order and left. The front desk lady was afraid that I would call a taxi late and miss the high-speed rail, so she drove her own car to take us to the high-speed rail station. It was a very considerate service. I will come again in the future!

JJoseph Gray BaileyIt's an interesting location--an artist village--way out in the bucolic and rustic countryside. I enjoyed my time staying in a house with the 2nd floor. The service was very good (including being driven around a forest park, the village, and to another bigger village for party supplies). The location is very close (walking distance) to the crane (bird) wildlife refuge. The restaurant there is also really good with a nice variety of selections. Everyone in the village was quite friendly and helpful.

quick. Being able to check in at 9 a.m. was also great. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and spacious.
The view is absolutely beautiful, and the area where the hotel is situated was very quiet and relaxing over the May holidays. Breakfast was lovely; there were Chinese and western food options.
Just a suggestion: with the floors of the room being dusty, it would be great if the hotel had basic cleaning equipment, especially for longer stays (I do not feel comfortable contacting the staff to clean the room, especially with the language barrier, so it would just be easy to do it myself quickly).
It would also be great if a microwave, plates, cutlery, and serving utensils could be included in rooms, especially for longer stays and for parents with children. Having rooms with a play area would also be awesome, and I would definitely pay more if the above were included.
There is also room service available from the cafe on the first floor, where drinks and sandwiches can be delivered to your room, or you can enjoy it downstairs with a great book from the library.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations and I must give it a full five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, every detail made me feel at home.
**1. Intimate service, as warm as family**
The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and check-in is efficient and orderly. After learning that I was a tourist from out of town, they proactively recommended nearby food and travel routes, and even gave me a hand-drawn guide map. When I arrived late at night, I was unexpectedly served hot night porridge and snacks, which instantly relieved my fatigue from the journey. The staff provided service with a smile throughout the whole process, and even the cleaning lady would take the initiative to say hello. This kind of sincere care made people feel very cordial.
**2. Simple design and thoughtful facilities**
The room design continues Atour's consistent fresh style, with natural wood tones and soft lighting to create a warm home atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the down quilt is light and warm, leaving you refreshed after a night of deep sleep. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are made from natural plant ingredients, and it also comes with a full set of skin care samples. I especially like the smart guest control system, which makes it very convenient to adjust the lighting/air conditioning by voice!
**3. The ultimate experience of detail control**

The hotel is located near China World Trade Center, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and is surrounded by convenient dining and shopping. Although it is located in a busy city, the double-layer soundproof glass completely isolates the noise, ensuring perfect quietness.
This stay completely refreshed my understanding of mid- to high-end hotels. Atour interpreted the brand concept of ”humanity, warmth, and fun” with details. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a quality choice worth staying in again and again! When I checked out, I was already looking forward to our next encounter. I hope Atour will keep its original intention and pass on this beauty to more travelers.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are clean and sanitary. There is a self-service afternoon tea in the lobby. Special thanks to the guest relations director Chen Lixiang for the attentive service. The hotel staff have very good attitudes and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel is close to the North Golden Eagle Commercial Pedestrian Street. I won’t go there next time. The second choice, Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel, feels the warmth like home👍👍👍!

TTime Traveller123This wasn’t my first time staying in Mingcheng Jinjiang hotel but I must say this time they reminded me how great they are.. I contacted them in advance asking them if they will provide temporary residence registration form. They were super professional especially Sandy Li, who made sure the form was ready. Check-in was smooth and quick, car parking was super convenient. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I asked for a bottle of water, they sent 3 bottles. They were amazing throughout my stay there. It’s a pity I missed breakfast both days as I woke up late hahaha.. but overall an amazing experience.. will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yancheng.

The first time I lay on the quilt with a faint fragrance on the bed, I could think of this as the bedding that the boss personally cleaned, because it smelled the smell of washing powder, and the general cleaning factory was reluctant to use a good detergent! The hotel is located in Dongjin Water City, pillowing water, pushing the window to see the blue waves of the big longong lake and the antique Song-style buildings, white walls, small bridges and flowing water, everywhere through the elegant water town of the south of the Yangtze River, whether it is the lake view during the day or the water show lights at night, it is particularly pleasant. The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration is elegant and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are clean and complete, fully in line with Kaiyuan's high-quality standards, and it is particularly comfortable to live. What I want to praise most is the service of the hotel, especially the two staff members Xiaoyan and Baiyu, the service is intimate and touching. When checking in, Xiaoyan was enthusiastic and efficient throughout the whole process. He took the initiative to help us with our luggage, introduce hotel facilities and scenic spots. He also reminded us of the best cruise and viewing time, and helped us plan the itinerary and save a lot of trouble. During the play, Bai Yu was consulted with questions. She always answered patiently and meticulously. She was gentle and kind. She also specially reserved a viewing seat for us in the restaurant, so that we could taste authentic Huaiyang dishes and Dazong Lake fresh, while enjoying the lake view. From check-in to check-out, every link was taken care of. The two staff members used professional and warm service to make us feel the warmth of being at home. The hotel's dining tastes great, the ingredients are fresh, the dishes are exquisite, and it is not lost to the professional restaurant. Overall, whether it is the environment, hardware or service, Dazong Lake Kaiyuan name is impeccable, especially thanks to Xiaoyan and Baiyu's intimate service, next time you come to Dazong Lake, you will choose here, and I highly recommend it to all friends who want to come on vacation!

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
