"The service attitude is superb and the staff is responsive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was changed every day, and even the towels were stacked in a cute shape, and the details were full! The room was very clean, the central air-conditioning heating was very fast, less than two kilometers away from the train station, and the price of less than 100 yuan was quite high."

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

WWenny mamaAfter comparing several hotels on Ctrip for our National Day holiday, we chose this hotel. Our room, located on the first floor, was very spacious and elegantly decorated. The bathroom and toilet were on either side of the entrance, and the shower room even had a soaking tub. Beyond the glass sliding door, there was a small, open courtyard with a table and chairs. Facing a vast expanse of reeds, the setting sun shone beautifully. Sitting quietly in the courtyard, feeling the breeze and listening to the chirping of birds and insects, it felt like a serene paradise, a truly relaxing experience. The natural surroundings are superb. The staff were warm and courteous. I highly recommend the professional service of Mr. Sun, the security guard, Mr. Ge, the restaurant manager, and the handsome receptionist on the afternoon of the 8th. 👍👍 Cons: The location is remote, transportation is difficult, takeout is scarce, taxis are almost non-existent, and the bus service is limited and requires waiting. The breakfast selection and ingredients were acceptable, but perhaps due to the eco-friendly environment, there were occasional ants crawling on the table, and 5 or 6 of them were crushed on the napkin. Lunch and dinner only had set menus priced at 100 yuan per person, which I didn't have the opportunity to try due to travel plans. Overall, it's a great value, a quiet place with endless natural scenery. I love it. The hotel is very close to the Red-crowned Crane Wetland Park and the Intertidal Zone Art Village, and is easily accessible by bus.

入住當晚是星期六98一人的自助餐也很不錯，小朋友還有折扣，自助餐用的乾紅就很驚艷，洋河品牌的！到底是國資，食材用料不計成本！自助早餐種類繁多，可以比肩鹽城兩家希爾頓，碾壓丹頂鶴開元芳草地的（開元兩個孩子都是另外收費，一點不大氣）！
温泉中規中矩，倒是挺乾淨的！
服務非常熱情，管家佳佳提前打了電話加了微信，全日中餐廳的阿姨，前台都不錯，讓人感覺就是大氣，送早餐，自助餐折扣，都很nice！這點吐槽一下，開元的東晉水城酒店和芳草地酒店，都是斤斤計較！

GGuest UserThe room condition was impeccable. However, the hotel's facilities are limited to an all-day dining restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, making it difficult to spend a full day at the hotel. During the winter, the all-day dining restaurant is closed for dinner.
Breakfast was decent. It would be nice to have additional facilities, like a spa or bar, to enjoy the evenings.
However, the staff were seriously lacking in English. Aside from one person at the reception, neither the room service staff who took our orders over the phone nor the staff who came to pick up our laundry knew even basic English. The person who brought our luggage didn't even know our passports!
We checked in without dinner, and it was so late that both of the hotel's two restaurants were closed. Room service only ran until 10 p.m., which was a bit of a hassle.
But the English-speaking receptionist (I think it was Nina) was very kind and helpful, using her own delivery app to have food delivered to our room.

GGuest UserThe experience of Huajiantang never disappoints, and so does the Yellow Sea. The sites are all in beautiful natural scenic spots. In the evening and early morning, you can enjoy the core area without tourists, take a walk to breathe the air of the forest, and the whole person is greatly relaxed and cured.
The room and the common area are beautiful, clean, the room is very large and there is a bathtub balcony, the holiday wind can be.
The big meat buns and fish noodle soup for breakfast were great, and some small problems were taken seriously at the front desk. The dinner set is also delicious.

LLampard777The hotel is located in the Dayang Bay Scenic Area, with a good location and convenient access to the scenic area. I booked a private hot spring room with its own hot spring pool. You can take a bath at any time and it is very private. The hotel facilities are also good, with smart toilets and coffee machines. After booking for two days, pastries, fruits and mini bars are replenished every day, which is a good comment. I specially booked the cherry blossom period. The cherry blossoms in Dayang Bay are in full bloom, which is very beautiful. You can take pictures no matter how you shoot. The scenic area is very large. If you are tired, you can contact the hotel butler to help you transfer back to the hotel. Overall, I feel very satisfied with this trip. Finally, I would like to thank a young lady at the front desk! At that time, I had just checked out and was ready to call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, the taxi driver needs to drive in from the east gate. The driver couldn't find the hotel and directly canceled the order and left. The front desk lady was afraid that I would call a taxi late and miss the high-speed rail, so she drove her own car to take us to the high-speed rail station. It was a very considerate service. I will come again in the future!

AAnonymous UserMs. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM.
The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is invincible, just in the scenic area, Miss Tao Zhengting at the front desk is very intimate and explained the precautions.
With the room card, you can enter and exit the scenic spot at will. Our annual tourist card can't be used. The hotel connects the battery car to the parking lot.
A few suggestions are for reference only:
1. It is not convenient to have no chairs in the room, and there is no table for a computer to handle urgent matters. Even a folding table and plastic stool;
There is no place to put clothes in the shower room, I put clean clothes on the glass door;
3. There is no coarse grain for breakfast. I am strange. I have not encountered a hotel without coarse grain.
Overall, it is quite good, it is really convenient, and you can go back to the room to rest when you are tired. It is the best choice for traveling to Dazong Lake.
