4-Star Hotels in Barranquilla

I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

It is not my first time in the hotel. The staff incredibly attentive and pleasant. The boys of restaurant always with a smile make you feel confident. I give them a 10 Special mention of the reception boys! ALAN AND MELANIE. Very. Professional, and they helped me very much! I hope to see them there always! I had a horrible experience with the washing service which was amazingly expensive, and for the first time they broke my clothes because they shouldn't put it in a dryer or wash it in hot water. The manager, Mr. Félix Marrugo, was very pleasant to offer a solution. In summary, the hotel is generally excellent !

The credit card was stolen the second time after check-in. I was told that I bought the ticket online. It was probably taken by the front desk when I checked in. Keep your eyes on the credit card when you check in!

The hotel is in a good location, with supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs nearby, taxis at the hotel entrance, and convenient transportation. The room is clean and comfortable, and there are many types of breakfast, with a pool and gym.

The hotel has a rich breakfast, clean rooms, warm and thoughtful hotel service staff, quiet rooms and good view. The surrounding life is convenient, there are many restaurants, and it is within walking distance.

First of all, everything is good and smooth so far. It's good service and the facilities. But unfortunately, I asked reception service about problem with leak the water from mini refrigerator and over water on the floor and please cleaning quickly. After that, never happened to show up yet. I just disappointed ☹️ about it. That's why, I put a one star about cleanness only! I did enjoy the food well. Definitely, my thoughts about it and I want to come back again in one day because it's best city view ever I have. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
