"The residents are very helpful.
The elevator is very old and broke down twice in two days.
The building is very old but has been renovated fairly well.
The room has a very high window and no insect screen.
There's a bad smell, apparently coming from the drains.
The building has other nice buildings that I've stayed in before.
There's no security guard at the building entrance. When I arrived late, I encountered some pets in the building entrance. This time, the experience was not good. I thank the building manager for his prompt response to additional requests."

Great
IImpulsive TravellerThe location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated.
Suggestion for improvement:
1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request.
2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable.
3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.
LLiznBenjA perfect hotel in an excellent location. Staff are so kind, friendly and professional - they are not chasing you for tips all the time. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - you MUST get the breakfast! The hotel beds were very comfortable and the Modern Art museum is a stone's throw away. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cairo. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking.
KKharina97For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.
Tteachutube1Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free.
The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay at Blue Ocean Studio. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The swimming pool area is another highlight clean, cozy, and a great spot to unwind.
What truly made the experience stand out was the staff: incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
GGuoguI was a bit concerned about the low ratings at first, but after checking in, I found it to be quite decent. You can't have overly high expectations for hotels in Cairo, but this place has strict security checks, and the free shuttle service is very convenient. You can also find both buffet and à la carte options in the lobby. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.
AAnonymous Useri stayed here twice. the first stay was decent, the room was much better than other hotel in Cairo, so i decided to book again. but the second time was really disappointing, the management could do much better. they started maintenance with extremely loud drilling at 8 AM, which woke me up in a very bad mood. then the housekeeping tried to enter my room suddenly after just a quick knock, without giving me any chance to answer the door. luckily, i had locked it, and i had to shout for him to leave. overall, a very bad experience, need much improvement.
GGuest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
GGuest UserBest value and a great choice for position in Cairo and the hotel itself with well appointed rooms and breakfast venue to die for with a magnificent view of the major square and Hilton Intercontinental Ritz Carlton Hotels the other side of the square . Mohammed is a true professional as Duty Manager with Peter Abdul Vero to support make anyone’s stay pleasant and assist you with any requests.Easy easy choice of great local restaurants and all other shopping is on the immediate vicinity .Great comfortable beds with excellent showers .
