4-Star Hotels in Nantes

Our stay was more than just wonderful! First off, the hotel staff are very nice, especially the humorous and handsome gentleman with glasses who led us to our room! We would like to tell you - Nantes won! And my boyfriend wanted to tell you - what a NICE WATCH you got! And, thank you for your warm welcome and strong work ethics. Way to go! Secondly, the room was clean and tidy and everything was where they should be haha - each bottle of water on each bedside table, trash bin under the sink, towel near the shower, even the hand wash. They use Rituals, liquid hand wash, not soap. Can you imagine? Class, classy! We have travelled everywhere and most hotels use soap, with no soap case, so the soap always makes a mess in the sink. Thirdly, they have a vending machine in the lobby where we can buy bottled water. Lovely! In general, perfecto!

Facilities: The room was quite small, comparable to the size of a budget inn in China, and ventilation wasn't great. No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, so you need to bring your own. It's acceptable for a business trip, but otherwise, you might want to reconsider. Environment: The hotel is right outside the Nantes train station exit, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us check in early. Storing and retrieving luggage was also seamless. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no significant issues.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

The hotel is very beautiful. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. I had never sleeped in a hotel, in a so smooth bed thanks to surmalas . The hotel is very well located in a haven of peace. That is so pleasant to hear the birds in the morning. The breakfast room is very welcome. I appreciated the interior architecture of this hotel. We see the vegetables everywhere it is very beautiful. Products are of quality. Nice to find organic orange juice for example . The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The man was not very quiet , seemed to be awkward . I had to hang up . He told me that I had to have received a mail with a code to open the barrier . I checked my booking mail and it was not indicated . ( I booked via ********* ) . I had just a pin code confirmation. I don't know what it is to use . However , he came to my meeting yet and his ton became more friendly . A clearly visible panel should be put to show the entrance of the hotel's parking.

A pleasant hotel and staff

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

The location was a bit inconvenient, the breakfast is very expensive, the cleaning service provided only once a week or for €30. It’s convenient if you need to go to the airport . From the train station is not that convenient .

是比較老的商務酒店了，地理位置很方便，去市中心翻過一座橋就到了。房間空調很冷，但沙發床很不舒服，彈簧突出來，還沒有正常的被子衹有毯子。不過這個價格還是不錯了。
