GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

GGuest UserPerfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

GGuest UserFacilities: The room was quite small, comparable to the size of a budget inn in China, and ventilation wasn't great. No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, so you need to bring your own. It's acceptable for a business trip, but otherwise, you might want to reconsider.
Environment: The hotel is right outside the Nantes train station exit, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us check in early. Storing and retrieving luggage was also seamless.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no significant issues.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. I had never sleeped in a hotel, in a so smooth bed thanks to surmalas . The hotel is very well located in a haven of peace. That is so pleasant to hear the birds in the morning. The breakfast room is very welcome. I appreciated the interior architecture of this hotel. We see the vegetables everywhere it is very beautiful. Products are of quality. Nice to find organic orange juice for example . The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The man was not very quiet , seemed to be awkward . I had to hang up . He told me that I had to have received a mail with a code to open the barrier . I checked my booking mail and it was not indicated . ( I booked via ********* ) . I had just a pin code confirmation. I don't know what it is to use . However , he came to my meeting yet and his ton became more friendly . A clearly visible panel should be put to show the entrance of the hotel's parking.

The location of the parking lot is difficult to find, especially the first time, it is not easy to find, but the front desk clerk is very patient, gave the navigation address, and the exit guide route diagram, but for foreigners, the first time is really difficult to find.

GGuest UserThere was a football team in the hotel.The next room was very noisy not let us sleep. People look like the next room to discuss and make online calls. The room wasn't well done. It's about the draps and there's a open sugar pack.

Aashleigh mairsVery clean large comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Staff were very helpful. Pool and sauna was quiet and clean. Breakfast options were limited for the price but we still managed to eat well. The tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away, making the whole city very easily accessible. Early morning taxi to the airport cost €30, train station €12 by taxi.
