I also had some questions about getting a SIM card, and one of the female staff members kindly helped me search for the nearest Free Mobile store. Her patience and willingness to assist showed how dedicated the team is to supporting guests. The room was well‑maintained and equipped with air conditioning, which made the stay pleasant. The room is on the smaller side, so it’s more suitable for a short stay, but it was perfectly comfortable for my needs. Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and warm attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The main attractions of Nantes are all within walking distance. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is the best I have had in France for more than a week."
