"Our stay was more than just wonderful!
First off, the hotel staff are very nice, especially the humorous and handsome gentleman with glasses who led us to our room! We would like to tell you - Nantes won! And my boyfriend wanted to tell you - what a NICE WATCH you got! And, thank you for your warm welcome and strong work ethics. Way to go!
Secondly, the room was clean and tidy and everything was where they should be haha - each bottle of water on each bedside table, trash bin under the sink, towel near the shower, even the hand wash. They use Rituals, liquid hand wash, not soap. Can you imagine? Class, classy! We have travelled everywhere and most hotels use soap, with no soap case, so the soap always makes a mess in the sink.
Thirdly, they have a vending machine in the lobby where we can buy bottled water. Lovely!
In general, perfecto!"

Guest UserFacilities: The room was quite small, comparable to the size of a budget inn in China, and ventilation wasn't great. No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, so you need to bring your own. It's acceptable for a business trip, but otherwise, you might want to reconsider.
Environment: The hotel is right outside the Nantes train station exit, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us check in early. Storing and retrieving luggage was also seamless.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no significant issues.

GegmazIdeally placed next to the island where we had a evening. We spent a night everything was OK. The staff was a little overlooking at breakfast but otherwise everything was top. I recommend.

Guest UserI was in Nantes for the Rugby World Cup game between Japan and Argentina
The location is good, the welcome from the staff was good and the breakfast was cafeteria style.
When I arrived I was told that I had booked two rooms which I certainly had not and this is still in dispute with Trip!
I had an early flight the next morning and booked a morning call at 3am and a taxi for 4am.
I never received the 3am morning call but did wake up early to discover that one of my flights had been cancelled so I went down to Reception to cancel my taxi as my airline had re-booked me on a later flight. I reached reception at around 3:30 to find in unattended. I eventually found a cleaner from Emliss Propriorty Service who spoke very basic English and I speak no French. After trying to explain that I wanted to cancel my taxi he got on the phone and spoke to someone else but as I speak no French I was unable to understand what was going on. So a frustrating stay for an international event

The room is small, the front desk is quite enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, but the dining area is small. You need to estimate the dining time in advance when checking in so that they can arrange for off-peak dining. The hotel address is very good, there are many shops and restaurants next to it, and next to it is the Internet-famous restaurant la cigale. You can walk to the mechanical island or the tram or the airport bus

The good thing is that the desk is not bad, which is quite friendly for people like me who are on business trips. The waiter is very enthusiastic, and the store is doing a booming business!

The location was a bit inconvenient, the breakfast is very expensive, the cleaning service provided only once a week or for €30.
It’s convenient if you need to go to the airport .
From the train station is not that convenient .

The guy at the reception was a delight, he served us very well, now we got to the room…
Tiny, bathroom with damp ceiling, the bed… it's set up like a topper… I didn't want to look any further.
A 3 star hotel in the centre, which could be 2 and nothing happens…
Now the price is almost 4 stars…
The only thing that was good was the guy, very kind and attentive. He gave me more towels, why did the room come with 2?
