GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, the staff is excellent, the room is very nice, the 24-hour club is a success, with snacks from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with drinks included. Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are paid separately; before and after the snacks, you can enjoy free cookies, juices, and homemade cakes—quite a luxury. It's in a very pleasant location, with a desktop computer at your disposal, tables, and sofas.
BUT: the light switches are a mess. You have to have a map of which switch turns off which light. The worst thing is that in the shower, you have to step over the shower tray every time you have to go to the toilet or sink. If you've showered, to get to the sink or toilet, you have to step in the water left in the shower. It's very dangerous, as you can slip, and you're surrounded by glass doors. This layout is incomprehensible.

YYANI was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

GGuest UserI was in Nantes for the Rugby World Cup game between Japan and Argentina
The location is good, the welcome from the staff was good and the breakfast was cafeteria style.
When I arrived I was told that I had booked two rooms which I certainly had not and this is still in dispute with Trip!
I had an early flight the next morning and booked a morning call at 3am and a taxi for 4am.
I never received the 3am morning call but did wake up early to discover that one of my flights had been cancelled so I went down to Reception to cancel my taxi as my airline had re-booked me on a later flight. I reached reception at around 3:30 to find in unattended. I eventually found a cleaner from Emliss Propriorty Service who spoke very basic English and I speak no French. After trying to explain that I wanted to cancel my taxi he got on the phone and spoke to someone else but as I speak no French I was unable to understand what was going on. So a frustrating stay for an international event

정정석1. When I first decided to rent a hotel, I was going to rent a hotel with my own garage first. And when I check out, I was more impressed because I didn't receive a separate parking fee.
2. Location: It's attached to the west entrance of Nantes Station, so I was worried about how to get to the botanical garden opposite Nantes Station on the map, but I went into the west entrance of Nantes Station and went up to the escalator and walked to the other side. Going down the stairs again, it was the entrance to the botanical garden. Very convenient transportation and accessibility - because most trams and buses pass through Nantes Station.
3. The rental car company was mostly crowded near Nantes station, so it was very easy to get ca pick-up and return.
4. The staff were friendly and fluent in English, especially the organization buffet staff were so friendly.
Overall, it was a very satisfying trip with location, cleanliness, facilities, staff ability, etc. However, the reason for excluding one star is that there is no swimming pool personally, so ... But I know it is difficult to expect a swimming pool in a European hotel.

Aashleigh mairsVery clean large comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Staff were very helpful. Pool and sauna was quiet and clean. Breakfast options were limited for the price but we still managed to eat well. The tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away, making the whole city very easily accessible. Early morning taxi to the airport cost €30, train station €12 by taxi.
