"I was relieved that there was a staff who could speak English. The room was clean and the breakfast using local ingredients was very delicious.
The staff were all kind and comfortable.
The tram station is in front of you and convenient. It was about 20 minutes to Nantes station.
I didn't really care because I had a constitution to sleep anywhere, but people who are concerned about the sound may feel noisy. The curtains were thin so I felt bright at night.
I was able to borrow the dryer at the front desk!"

"Loved this place. First rate on all fronts. Gabriella on the reception needs a special mention as she was one of the nicest,informative and kind staff members I have met in a long time . YYANI was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

The location is good, the welcome from the staff was good and the breakfast was cafeteria style.
When I arrived I was told that I had booked two rooms which I certainly had not and this is still in dispute with Trip!
I had an early flight the next morning and booked a morning call at 3am and a taxi for 4am.
I never received the 3am morning call but did wake up early to discover that one of my flights had been cancelled so I went down to Reception to cancel my taxi as my airline had re-booked me on a later flight. I reached reception at around 3:30 to find in unattended. I eventually found a cleaner from Emliss Propriorty Service who spoke very basic English and I speak no French. After trying to explain that I wanted to cancel my taxi he got on the phone and spoke to someone else but as I speak no French I was unable to understand what was going on. So a frustrating stay for an international event

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room was quite small, comparable to the size of a budget inn in China, and ventilation wasn't great. No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, so you need to bring your own. It's acceptable for a business trip, but otherwise, you might want to reconsider.
Environment: The hotel is right outside the Nantes train station exit, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us check in early. Storing and retrieving luggage was also seamless.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no significant issues.

FFlorian Vasile 81When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
