GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights. On entering the room there was a notable smell. Tried putting water down the sink, shower and bath drains and flushing wc but smell was still there when we returned to the room later. Advised reception who recorded but no action taken that night. Advised reception again before leaving the hotel in the morning. Nothing was done while we were out all day. On return after checking room went back to reception and they gave me a bottle of disinfectant and a deodorant spray which I had to use and return to them. The smell soon came back.

정정석1. When I first decided to rent a hotel, I was going to rent a hotel with my own garage first. And when I check out, I was more impressed because I didn't receive a separate parking fee.
2. Location: It's attached to the west entrance of Nantes Station, so I was worried about how to get to the botanical garden opposite Nantes Station on the map, but I went into the west entrance of Nantes Station and went up to the escalator and walked to the other side. Going down the stairs again, it was the entrance to the botanical garden. Very convenient transportation and accessibility - because most trams and buses pass through Nantes Station.
3. The rental car company was mostly crowded near Nantes station, so it was very easy to get ca pick-up and return.
4. The staff were friendly and fluent in English, especially the organization buffet staff were so friendly.
Overall, it was a very satisfying trip with location, cleanliness, facilities, staff ability, etc. However, the reason for excluding one star is that there is no swimming pool personally, so ... But I know it is difficult to expect a swimming pool in a European hotel.

Very quiet area and friendly staff, definitely worth a comeback.
We realised that they also have a pool on the day we left. Would have been nice to use it on these weather.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel I booked the same day in Nantes. It was conveniently located in the city center. There are other branches of the same hotel, so it might be a bit tricky to find if you're visiting for the first time. I had a bit of trouble getting in at the entrance (luckily, I was able to get in safely with the help of another guest who spoke French). I wish the hotel had been prepared for late check-ins. The breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. Best of all, they offered free luggage storage at other branches, which was a great feature. I would book here again if I ever return to Nantes.

The location of the parking lot is difficult to find, especially the first time, it is not easy to find, but the front desk clerk is very patient, gave the navigation address, and the exit guide route diagram, but for foreigners, the first time is really difficult to find.

Aashleigh mairsVery clean large comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Staff were very helpful. Pool and sauna was quiet and clean. Breakfast options were limited for the price but we still managed to eat well. The tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away, making the whole city very easily accessible. Early morning taxi to the airport cost €30, train station €12 by taxi.

FFlorian Vasile 81When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
