Great
HHappylfgThe hotel has a great location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staffs are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any request, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Their attentive service, combined with the prime location, makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
AAnonymous UserThe location is not really in the city center; however, there are still many amenities, restaurants, shops, etc., within walking distance. Many malls are nearby, but transportation is required. You will need to rent a car to move around and visit tourist attractions, which are a bit far.
The hotel is like a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, etc. The studio apartment is spacious with still-new-looking furniture, and the toilet is nice and sparkling clean. The shower water pressure and hot water are good; I kept looking forward to a hot shower after a day out.
It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, etc. (no washing machine though unlike other hotel in the same group). The bed was good and comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day.
I booked the studio for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast. The breakfast was superb, mainly continental with limited variety. However, it started to get boring on the third day as there was no change to the menu except for 2-3 dishes.
The communication and services by the hotel were excellent, very responsive and prompt. I requested toiletries, drinking water, etc., a few times, and they were provided promptly.
In summary, I consider it a good hotel with excellent services.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is great, but the service was a bit slow. Parking is available in the B2 underground garage, but there's no direct elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up one floor, which is quite inconvenient. Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase. The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water frequently while showering to let it drain.
GGuest UserThe hotel arranged a taxi for me, but it was much more expensive compared to the one I took from the airport. I also found the food prices to be quite high. Overall, the stay was fine, but I felt that the transportation and dining charges could be more reasonable.
SSugarBThe hotel is located in a good location. The city is not meant for walking but you can actually walk to the very big mall called Oman Avenues Mall which also has IKEA. Room is quite nice except the bathroom that has a lot of visible mold on the ceiling. Service at check-in is good and staff is friendly.
GGuest UserThis is a typical transit hotel. They wouldn't accommodate us and only allowed check-in at exactly 2:00 PM, even though our flight was in the morning.
The room has all the necessary amenities to comfortably wait for a layover.
I'd recommend basing your decision on the price; there are four hotels of similar quality in the vicinity.
YYangguangxiaozhu123Not far from the airport, about a 10-minute drive. There's a large parking lot at the entrance with plenty of spaces. The room was incredibly spacious, even with an extra bed, it still felt very open. The air conditioning, a Gree unit, was excellent and cooled the room down quickly. About a 10-minute walk (700 meters) from the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a fantastic Turkish kebab place that you can easily find on Dianping (Chinese Yelp). There's also a big supermarket nearby where you can buy things at good prices, including many Chinese-made products. However, you'll need to cross the road a few times, and the traffic can be fast, so be careful. The price was very reasonable. I recommend staying here.
GGuest UserGenerally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.
GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 5 am for a transit period for next flight. Checked out at 12 noon. The distance fro. The airport was a 15 min ride in a taxi. Used airport taxi and only cost 8 dirams. Check in was fast and team at reception were polite and expedient. Opted for 2 single beds. Checkout was smooth. Managed to get some sleep and a shower. Very clean and tidy. Basic room facility but jist what i needed for my transit. Would use again.
GGuest UserHotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.
