GGuest UserThe staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

MMissqiThe hotel is newly opened. I couldn't get into the room after I went out on the first day. The service staff didn't check me in properly. There was a smell. I changed the room on the second night, which was much better. I don't understand why they arranged a room with such a strong smell at the beginning. The surrounding area is quite convenient. The parking lot is underground, and the entrance is too small and not easy to enter.

Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic.
Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

The only thing that was bad for me was the pool, the water was so cold 🥶 so bad for the kids.
