GGuest UserI recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.
The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality.
The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient.
I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!
JJiudianshoucangjiaJackFacilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good
Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic.
Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.
JJingshengThere is a shopping mall 1 km away. You can see the plane on the road. The location of the hotel is still very good, about 20 minutes from the airport. There are two holiday inn chain brands in Jeddah. The other hotel room facilities are relatively new. We have lived for a while. Relatively speaking, I recommend that one more. Hotel Wi-Fi needs to pop up the webpage and enter the account password to log in. Wi-Fi speed is OK, you can play League of Legends mobile international service. The front desk sister has a very good service attitude and can help us quickly renew the room and recharge the door card. The uncle at the door helped carry the luggage and the attitude was very good. There was also a swimming pool on the roof. It was warm all day. We occasionally went swimming. Hotel prices are relatively high. But the location is very good, may be the reason for the high price of his hotel.
IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
GGuest UserOther than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.
KKhalilThe location is good 👍 parking and building very clean.
The only thing that was bad for me was the pool, the water was so cold 🥶 so bad for the kids.
