If I was able to give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would have done so. This is a gem in Jeddah. The whole experience from the entrance to the exit is luxurious and worthy of what I have paid. The staff is very helpful, nice and friendly. The food was perfect. The facilities are clean and very top quality. The view on the red see is breathtaking. I will come back 100%

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with an excellent location overlooking the sea, the promenade, and the corniche. I'd like to thank Mr. Marwan for his professional service. We were also happy to receive an upgrade.

The reception, security, and all services are excellent. This is one of the best hotels in terms of respecting privacy, caring for guests, and meeting their needs.

The first time I stayed in a hotel, I felt that I bought a brand. Hilton's Waldorf. To be honest, it is obviously cheaper for the shared resources Hilton. Of course, I understand that the brand positioning may be a high level. But the service did not keep up. I basically saw three staff members when I checked in. No one helped pull the luggage. I checked in at a lazy front desk and there was a very unbelievable African door. Because he needs his card to go to the SpA floor to swim, he will also question the guests with permission. Overall, there is no service at all, and it may be that this is super luxurious and cold positioning. The first time I met a hotel without breakfast in 2000➕, I had to go to Hilton for breakfast. The overall feeling is lonely. If you must pursue the location, you can enjoy half the price of Hilton next to it. The key person has a buffet downstairs. Buy an order for flashy

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

We stayed at Hilton Jeddah as a couple from 18th to 21st January and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was elegant, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay feel relaxing and special. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a great impression on us from check-in until departure. The amenities were excellent and well maintained, and the room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the quality of service and the smooth overall experience throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and added to the enjoyment of the visit. We would happily stay here again and would recommend Hilton Jeddah to couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

And Albalad is at 15 SAR taxi cost. · Amenities: Numerous shops and eateries are within walking distance, which is very convenient. · This hotel is with 8 floors, offering a sense of space and avoiding any cramped feeling. · Rooms are a strong point, thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler needs: a comfortable bed, TV, efficient AC, fridge, hairdryer, iron, ample cupboard space, and quality toiletries (shampoo, towels). · Daily cleaning service is provided and reliable. · On-Request Items: The staff is happy to provide extras like a tea kettle upon request. Exceptional Service: This is where the hotel truly excels. A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for business travelers, tourists, and pilgrimage visitors (Umrah) looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base in Jeddah. The mcombination of location, room amenities, and Kamal's exemplary service makes for a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Just be prepared to explore the local area for your meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and neatness were exceptional, making for a very comfortable experience. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.
