Amazing
GGuest UserMy stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah during this Saudi trip was absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right by the Red Sea, and it's only a convenient 20-minute drive from the airport. The lobby is incredibly grand and opulent, with marble and chandeliers that truly exude sophistication. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling our check-in swiftly and even offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining. Our room featured floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Red Sea. The hotel offers a fantastic selection of restaurants; the seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the breakfast buffet was equally impressive and varied. The hotel's service was truly exceptional; the staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Saudi Arabia!
AAube bleueI arrived from Makkah were I had an awful experience and stay at the hotel Marriott Courtyard (very dirty and I got an asthma crisis because of that, an horrible one).
At our arrival at the Movempick hotel, Mr Abdelrahman, the responsable in the lobby for the reservation without knowing my story but, certainly by seeing my state, upgrade discretely my reservation. It was a beautiful and spacious room. Exactly what my husband and I needed 🥰 at this time. A very warmly Thank you.. you will find it on your way inchallah.
Regarding the hotel, it is very clean, very professional and friendly staff.
The only missing points: a spa , a sauna and a bigger swimming pool ( it was a children swimming pool ) .
Thank you 🙏
Vvivian0229Facilities: There is a kitchen with complete kitchen equipment, including dishes, knives and forks. It is very considerate. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, and it is also equipped with washing powder, detergent, scouring pads and other cleaning supplies. It is great! However, the room is too cold, there is no heating, and the air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted.
Service: There are several shuttle buses to the Prophet's Temple every day. Gate 228 is just up the parking lot, which is very convenient! Breakfast is a failure. It is too simple and even a bit perfunctory, not up to the level of Marriott.
Environment: The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall, and there is a Carrefour in the mall. It is very convenient for eating and shopping~
JJolyn D.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the GM who personally assisted us with a matter we had and the housekeeping manager Donald. However, facilities are definitely overdue for some upgrade as well as the bathroom that suffered from bad odor from sewage system which I hope the hotel will find a long-term solution.
MMister StephenFabulous hotel. Lovely lobby with fountain as you enter. Love the sound of water. And the fragrance. This hotel smells so good. Desk staff are very helpful and unrushed. My room had an excellent view of King Fahd's fountain. The room itself had plenty of space and was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water hot. I slept well on a big comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The hotel has been around for decades but still looks great. It is a very short walk to the Corniche. I will stay here again next time I'm in Jeddah. Value for money.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, and the Red Sea is about 100 meters away.
Facilities: Not bad, and the room is big. The mattress is really soft and has good support. This Simmons mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my life. The last photo is the view from the window, and the Red Sea is not far away.
YYangjie YangAt first, I was given a smoking room. After entering, I felt the smell was very strong, so I went to the front desk to change it. It was very convenient.
The room was large and had a very comfortable sofa.
The breakfast was rich and the fruit salad was delicious.
AAhmed111The room was big but the Toilette was abit not maintained as the ceiling was almost falling i am talking about room number 416 if the hotel want zo check it also the Toilette door handle was almost going to fall the reception guys are ok but i expect them to be more welcoming
JJiudianshoucangjiaJackFacilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good
Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic.
Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.
