Holiday Apartments in Jeddah

Loved the washing machine and service of staff. Very friendly. Allowed late check out which was perfect for our flight. Other than that, accommodation was sadly disappointing. It was very far from town and airport. Rooms were very very small. Could barely pray in it, and so we had to pray in the living room. There was no where to open the luggage without blocking the walkway in the rooms. And both rooms didnt have any window. The whole apartment only had a window in the living room making it a little claustrophobic.

This hotel is truly exceptional and clean, exceeding all my expectations. I'll definitely be staying here on every visit. Quick note: Booking directly with the hotel is quite expensive.

We had a very pleasant stay at Rasis Serviced Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it comfortable for a family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the facilities met our needs very well. The location is good and convenient, though slightly away from major attractions. Overall, a great value for money and we would be happy to stay here again.

everything is great as well as the staff, they were accomodating and are friendly, the location is near from airport, to malls and other neccessities, our stay here for 5 nights were great. Thank you. Will probably be back soon here.

The location is excellent, the location is available, there is a need to pay more attention to facilities and hygiene, I don't say not good, but it's needed to make a lot more effort.

All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

First I stayed two nights, and extended to 4 nights, great service, clean and big room

Thank you to our brother Mahmoud for the service he provided and the quick response from the hotel staff. There are some minor comments that would enhance the beauty of the place, which have been forwarded to the reception. As for the website I booked from, the first and last time I booked, it takes reservations from other apps and displays them again, as happened to me. Even the address was incorrect when I wanted to go to the hotel.

Good price—you get what you pay for. However, if you’re expecting good hospitality, you may be disappointed. Customer service seems lacking. Thanks

В соотношении цены и качества приемлимо, удобное месторасположение, вайфай в отеле очень медленный, к сожалению не было предоставленной воды и чай в качестве компонента, воду нужно было покупать у персонала чем меня удивило такое отношение. Пульт от кондиционера не работал. А целом номер не плохой
