GGuest UserThe standalone villa was incredibly comfortable, offering a delightful 'mountain and sea' ambiance, perfect for a family getaway. The marine life around was abundant, and the service made us feel right at home. We'd definitely want to stay here again if we ever return to Koh Samet.

CCooldayThe Samed Resorts group offers the guests a free boat shuttle service to Samed Island (even free car parking), which I find very convenient. The staff helped us loading the baggage to the boat and from the boat to the hotel. Ban Ploy sea is located right next to the pier with a few minutes walk. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was so helpful and friendly. He even offered me an upgrade room with the sea front view for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy. At the back of the resort is a log house cafe, offering tasty cakes and fancy drinks. I feel really relaxed lying on a private beach. In the evening we were so lazy to go out, just had dinner at the hotel‘s restaurant every night. It was not cheap but everything was delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur hostess in the restaurant Fon was very good in organizing food orders for us and quick to sort out the cupuchino machine when the milk stopped. She knew my surname, and that was important in the details about the guests. The hotel was quick to sort out queries we had.

GGuest UserThe staff is really helpful and will go all the way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. I appreciated the calm and exclusivity of the beach. I had to change my room because they gave me a twin bed ( and I'm travelling alone ) but I noticed that both the bathroom had the same issue : The sink is not as clean as you'd like to. In my first room, whenever I showered all the bathroom is flooded because of the door or maybe the whole design of the showed. That being said, I've enjoyed my stay and would've stayed longer if I could. It's frankly a good hotel, and the food is really delicious.

JJOYXJEighteen years ago, I visited Koh Samet and stayed in a Saikaew bungalow, which left me with wonderful memories. So, on my return trip this year, I chose Saikaew again, but this time I stayed in a pool room near the swimming pool.
The ground-floor pool rooms are quite spacious. The bathroom even has a separate small vanity, and the wardrobe is built into the dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Each room also has a large sofa by the window, which can be used as an extra bed if needed.
The only downside was that the lighting in the bedroom was too dim.
The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the pizza in the bungalow area was delicious. That part of the beach is rocky, so you can see many small fish when you go down to the water. There's also a heart-shaped tree by the beach 😊 The sand on White Sand Beach is very fine, and the fire show on weekend evenings is excellent!

GGuest UserI liked the hotel; it's modest and cozy. For anyone coming for the sea and sun, it's a perfectly good place – quiet and peaceful, suitable for families with children. The staff is polite. Housekeeping is done upon request; you just need to leave your keys at the reception. Breakfasts are standard. They provide sun loungers. A couple of years ago, I stayed at Ao Prao Koh Mak, and the amenities were pretty much the same. There, you pay extra for the sunsets and a calmer sea.
Overall, I liked the hotel (Tubtim Resort), and it will be one of my top choices next time.

DDaniil ShabanovWe stayed in a villa. We checked in significantly early, 4 hours, for which we're incredibly grateful to the hotel staff! We were warned that the two beds were singles, but we asked for a double bed, and within 20 minutes while we were exploring the hotel grounds, they upgraded us to a double bed. The hotel has two swimming pools, one with a sea view and one overlooking the villas. Both pools are clean.
Amenities in the villa: the room includes two bottles of water, a coffee machine (one capsule and two coffee capsules), a safe, umbrellas, towels, a refrigerator, a kettle, a comb, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a shower cap. And most impressively, there's a shower and a separate bathroom.
The hotel grounds are located at the very edge of Ao Noi Na Beach. The area is quiet and private, and the beach is quiet and peaceful, practically private, without crowds of tourists. However, there are sea urchins in the sea; we witnessed several tourists step on them, and the hotel staff helped them treat their injuries. There's a warning about sea urchins at reception.
There's a restaurant on site. The food is delicious, but the downside is that it takes a long time to prepare; we waited an hour for two dishes. Breakfast is also served at the restaurant, and the breakfasts are hearty and delicious, with something for everyone.
The overall impression of the hotel was excellent; I hope to stay there again on our next trip to Koh Samet! A big thank you to the staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

GGuest User在這裏住了兩天，陰天雨天各晴天的感覺各不相同。海景房環境完全沒得説，尤其是晴天真的太美了，陽台上就可以看見玻璃海。配上洞石巖板的這種風格，在沙美島一眾雨林祕境的酒店中算得上比較特別的。
設施：一應俱全，吹風機也是戴森的。有咖啡機冰箱等。床挺舒服的，軟硬適中，枕頭也很舒服，高低合適（在泰國睡過高枕頭的人就懂）。電視可以登錄國外版的騰訊視頻這些，就掛在天花板上，躺着的時候可以不費力地看，角度特別合適，超舒服。
衞生：衞生環境很不錯，打掃的很乾凈，但是因為剛裝修好，泳池裡還有一些渣在底下。下過一夜的雨後，泳池上會漂一些落葉，可以開啟泳池清潔（應該床頭的功能面板可以設定但我們沒嘗試，等到中午 12 點泳池會自己開始流動水）
環境：景色真的太好了，離海水的直線距離也就是 5 六米吧，就什麼也不幹在陽台發呆也是一種享受。晚上聽着嘩嘩的海水入睡，天然的白噪音太舒服了，但是睡眠不好的客人慎訂哈，因為海浪聲真的很大。不想下海又想玩水的也可以在房間內的私人泳池玩。不過要注意，房間陽台下面就是公共的躺椅，也就是你可以看到其他人，其他人也可以看到你，是非常非常近的距離的。我特別喜歡陽台那可巨大的樹垂下來的花藤，感覺好浪漫啊，好幸福❤️公共區域有躺椅，有秋千，有弔籃，還有海景餐廳，隨便找個地方一趟就很舒服。晚上在房間陽台就可以看錶演，不過還是去餐廳看更好。酒店旁邊就是feel good 餐廳，下午 3-5 點可以 200 多銖無限暢飲啤酒，晚餐也比較精緻，挺好吃的，在酒店足不出户就能滿足一日三餐。（不過餐廳沒有辣的菜，作為一個四川人還是走哪自己帶點辣椒麪吧）
服務：服務怎麼説呢，最大的bug 就是作為一個新酒店，完全不為初次入住的客人的交通考慮。在彼此都不熟悉的情況下，從攜程上聯繫酒店是聯繫不到的，因為位置又比較偏，都不考慮提前和客人確認多久到達碼頭，然後由專門的接駁車接到酒店嗎？且不説請酒店接了，按照他官網所説的交通指示，讓人從ban phe pier 坐快艇到Ao wong duen 灣（兩處地方都有打印錯誤，害我確認好半天），我們折騰去發現人家根本就不去這個地方，不管是大船司還是小船司，幾乎都不去Ao wong duen 了，而且就我在酒店住的時候的觀察，Ao wong duen 也不是他們的私人碼頭，這裏沒有碼頭，總之這個交通指示特別不靠譜。我們最後還是選擇的去最大的碼頭上島，再坐雙條車去酒店，真的誤導人啊。應該在軟件頁面留一個你們的諮詢平台，可以實時回覆消息的那種。
當然所有的不快在來到這個酒店後都消失了，酒店內的服務都很好，會把行李給你搬去房間，會給你迎賓飲料，會幫你叫雙條車（因為沒有摩託租賃），也提供浮潛和槳板這些都是免費的，早餐也會給你送到房間（早餐特別好吃！種類也挺多的，分量根本吃不完）服務員會很耐心的解決你的問題，讓你感受到賓至如歸。
走的時候也會免費送你到碼頭，特別好。就是來的時候太不容易了！為了這般美景，我願意再來的！

大大龙哥JoeyI love Pavillion resort at Ao Phai beach in Samed. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool. The only downside was I found it difficult to get the shower at a good temperature, either too hot or too cold. Despite this, I would visit again!
