Convenient location to the beach. Cleaning daily. Russian-speaking staff. Hotel small, rooms spacious and with balcony, beds and mattress strong, sleeping comfortable, hearing is quite adequate. Shower spacious, water pressure is good. On the 6th floor of the hotel only one elevator, sometimes it had to wait quite long. The pool is, the water is quite cool. Breakfast by the type of Swedish table, but its diversity is extremely low, that is, on 2-3 day already tired of the same food. Change of dishes is a minimum. WiFi in the room and hotel in general, worked well, on TV Russian channels 3-5 pc. Total - an excellent hotel with small roughness, I recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was huge, the service was excellent, and all the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. The food was amazing with lots of choice. The only downside was that the rooms and beds were a little small. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay!

This is the best city hotel! I've finally found my favorite hotel in Alanya! ❤️ Upon arrival, we were given the option to choose from three rooms. We settled on building 4, a room with two bedrooms and a shared living room with a TV. It was a very spacious, clean, bright, and cozy room! The food at the hotel is excellent! Chef Ali is always in the restaurant and speaks Russian. The food is incredibly tasty and varied! For breakfast, there are eggs prepared three ways, pastries, and a wide variety of cheeses!!! Lunch and dinner always include grilled fish and various meats (chicken, turkey, lamb), two soups, a diet corner, two types of pasta, spaghetti, rice, potatoes, freshly baked pide with different fillings, açma, several hot dishes, fruits (apples, oranges, melon, watermelon, grapefruit), and many desserts. The hotel grounds are small but there's enough space for everyone. Building 4 has its own bar, pool, hammam, and gym. The main building has a fantastic pool and smaller ones for children. The staff are truly a gem and a highlight of this hotel! A special thank you to Veronika for her attention, understanding, help, and conversation! She's a wonderful person and a professional hotel employee! There's excellent animation three times a week! The hotel's location is perfect for city strolls. It's a quick 7-minute walk to the sea, but it's better to take your time and enjoy the beautiful city, making it a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. There's also a shuttle to the beach. Many cats live on the hotel grounds! Don't forget to feed some and definitely pet a few! Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a delicious, cozy vacation surrounded by pleasant people! We will definitely come back! 💗

This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel.

Были в отеле с июне с 25 по 30 число. В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

No parking, bus to the beach is crowded, bar on the beach is paid, safe for money, replace beach towels with clean for money. The hotel is located near the center, you can walk in the evening. The street is noisy, preferably to take a room with a view to the yard (there is a pool, but noise is less).

Отель и выбраный номер очень понравился. Вид шикарный - горы, море, пальмы, проспект. Питание хорошее, мясо, красная рыба, гриль каждый день. Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

I didn't want them when I went. That's why we had a good holiday. The pools, water, restaurants and staff were very good ... The only evil thing is the sea. It was incredible stone and wave.

A good hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located almost on the first line of the sea, from which it is separated only by tennis and volleyball courts. From the balcony you can see the sea and a lot of palm trees. Some rooms have bathrooms, I liked the rooms with a bath more than the rooms with only a shower. The hotel has several buildings, some are renovated and furnished new, some are not so, but overall everything is fine. The food is normal. The people on holiday were all good. I liked the hotel too. The staff did not extort money, everyone tries.
