One of the nicest hotels I stayed in with super friendly staff that helps to foresee any possible wish from the guests Superb location directly at the harbor with a wide variety of restaurants and bazar shopping Great breakfast buffet with everything you can wish for and also there staff is for seeing and helping with every wish We have been staying at Numa Port the second time and it will be our hotel to go if we are in Alanya

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

Ugh, I just got back from this hotel! I'm either speechless or overwhelmed! My daughter and I ended up in the hospital on an IV. They said it was a combination of swallowing too much seawater and food poisoning, all in one day! Or maybe I just petted too many of those stupid Turkish cats! But I only ate dinner at the hotel! Towards the end of our trip, I noticed the manager, or owner, only ate meat and vegetables. Draw your own conclusions! About the hotel: super boring! Literally just lie around, eat, and lights out at 11 PM! To each their own, but it's an old folks' vacation. BUT! We had a large international group, aged 19 to 45, so we weren't bored! 15 minutes to the sea, I specifically chose it so we'd have to walk, and we didn't regret it. Staff: everyone's good! If you don't speak English, this isn't the place for you! Germans, Swedes, etc... the staff don't speak Russian. There's just one strange lady in thick tights at the entrance to the 'restaurant' for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never figured out her function, but she's Russian, maybe someone's relative. If you have questions, ask quickly! 😀 The hotel is so-so, I'm not picky, I've stayed in luxury and budget places, this one is an acquired taste... seems good, but not really. Mixed feelings. For young girls: there's a very handsome guy who introduces himself as the manager to everyone. He's like he's walking on tiptoes – stay away from him! Reception: everyone is kind, just don't be rude to anyone – no one likes that, even in Russia. Samet! Oh, this guy invites everyone to 'I love Alanya' or the disco. He might invite everyone at once, maybe someone will agree. Anyway, this is the first time I'm writing such a long review. So, there were emotions. Maybe it wasn't all that bad?

Отель и выбраный номер очень понравился. Вид шикарный - горы, море, пальмы, проспект. Питание хорошее, мясо, красная рыба, гриль каждый день. Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

The hotel was really very good. You don't have the chance to be happy with what you want. Hearing and quiet hotel. There are no children's animations and evening activities. I didn't want them when I went. That's why we had a good holiday. The pools, water, restaurants and staff were very good ... The only evil thing is the sea. It was incredible stone and wave.

It's a good hotel. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and while they're varied, we decided to check it out and see for ourselves. Overall, if you're expecting something out of this world for a small price, this isn't for you, but if you're enjoying your stay and can't find anything to complain about, everything is great. Firstly, the location is excellent, secondly, the rooms are clean. We didn't find any fleas, bedbugs, or anything else, even though we thoroughly searched after the bad reviews. The bed linens and towels are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, with linens changed every other day. The girls do their best, and they keep everything spotless. The food, restaurant, and bar are a big plus: 6-7 types of hot dishes, over 20 types of salads and appetizers, a good selection of sweets, cakes, fruit, cookies, and other delicious treats. The cakes are a big plus, they were delicious. They feed us five times a day. Overall, we ate like elephants. The waiters are very attentive to guests, constantly refilling dishes, promptly clearing dirty dishes from the tables before each meal, preparing the restaurant and pool area, washing and drying them. The pool is constantly cleaned and is always spotless. The bar is well-stocked with drinks, both free and paid. I'm not a fan of wine and other cocktails, but the beer there is really good. They entertain guests a couple of times a week. We caught a belly dancer. On the downside, if it matters to anyone, drinks and other items on the beach are extra. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee, but we didn't need all that; we like to relax practically in the water, and the sun loungers are about 15 meters from the water's edge. The bathroom doors are a bit dated. Bottom line: the hotel is 100% worth its money. Guests with high expectations and picky eaters are better off considering a hotel with at least a 5-star rating.

Resepsiyon bebekten dolayı en güzel odalardan birini verdi, teşekkür ederim. Denize sıfır, isteyen için ücretsiz özel ulaşım araçları da var ve denizi havuz gibi. Doğası mükemmel, sauna aktif, Yemekler sınırsız, çeşitli, fakat baklava ve kebap beklemeyin, onlar da tatilden sonra. Kimisi eski demiş, eski olabilir ama tertemiz ve bakımlı.

From the balcony you can see the sea and a lot of palm trees. Some rooms have bathrooms, I liked the rooms with a bath more than the rooms with only a shower. The hotel has several buildings, some are renovated and furnished new, some are not so, but overall everything is fine. The food is normal. The people on holiday were all good. I liked the hotel too. The staff did not extort money, everyone tries.
