My wife and I stayed at this hotel from March 7th to 18th, 2026. We stayed in wonderful room 601 on the 6th floor. The balcony offered a magnificent view of the mountains on one side and a slice of sea on the other. The nearby road didn't interfere. The room was cleaned every day. It was very cozy and clean. The large room actually consists of two rooms. The air conditioners were excellent, keeping us warm, as the March nights were chilly. The plumbing and furniture were new. It felt like the owner himself lived in the room, as it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Convenient location. The first Cleopatra beaches and the ski lift are a 10-minute walk away. The markets are a 10-minute walk away. The nearest Shock store is a 2-minute walk away. Aiganym was available at reception every three days and was always available. Thanks to her, we received a wealth of useful information! Thanks to the TripCom team, too. Payment by Mir card was instant, and confirmation arrived within a minute! I was a little worried since it was my first time booking.

Расположение отличное, Клеопатра пляж сразу через дорогу. Завтраки отличные, в ресторане прекрасная атмосфера, музыка и интерьер. В стандарном номере с кухней, никакой кухни нет, при заселении даже чайника не было, принесли только когда попросили. Дизайн номеров очень интересный, но сантехника и ремонт подношенные. Темновато в номерах, зеркало маленькое над умывальником и столиком. Пару раз ужинали в ресторане внизу, все понравилось, еда и обслуживание. Собстаенная пляжная зона далеко, 20 мин идти, но там очень хорошо, тихо и спокойно. Также там есть wifi и розетки. Спокойно можно работать. Особенно хочу отметить оаботника на пляже, он просто моментально открывает зонтики и помогает со всем.

Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you.

Everything was great. The guides and staff speak good Russian. The beach area is nice, and they always prepare a ton of dishes, so there's always something to eat. The evening shows are also cool; they're not superstar quality, but they're put on with soul and are definitely interesting to watch 🔥. For those with rooms facing the bar, music plays in the evenings. As for the downsides, it didn't bother our sleep, but it's audible. For families with children and even adults, it's probably better to get a room on the other side.

the room went on the 6th floor, side with a view of the mountains / sea / pool! large balcony. 2 single beds are shifted in the room (instead of one large) and a sofa as an extra bed. we liked the kitchen, a lot of greens. 2 days were without meat (we do not eat soy cutlets), but did not remain hungry. 1-2 kinds of fruits (oranges / apples / watermelon 🍉 alternated). trouble with desserts, jelly-like garbage, we didn’t eat .... animators try. for 3 *** we think it’s not very bad! having traveled in half a month in Turkey (on the principle of one day, one city, one hotel 🏨) there is something to compare. take into account the cost of the hotel and do not expect miracles for this money 💰. although sometimes miracles do happen!

An amazing place to stay at. The staff is the best. I have never met such nice staff anywhere on my travels. They are very helpful. Location is very nice. Rooms are good. Food was okay but great value for money!! Totally recommend staying here

This hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful. I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that. It’s not like they were overbooked. Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly. I would stay here again. .

I am very satisfied with the excellent service of the hotel staff.they are very helpful and friendly.the hotel is very clean,there is a calm and quiet pool.they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room. Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming.
