GGuest UserI would like to thank all the staff and hotel owners for the friendly service. The hotel is very clean and quiet. It provides an opportunity to relax for those who are tired of the work schedule. Breakfast is very delicious. Although the pool is relatively small, it is calm. The location is in the city center, you can walk everywhere you need. I definitely recommend it to those who want to go.

Rrajaa alhadadI really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room
vey carefully .. many thanks all .

GGuest UserMall of Alanya alışveriş merkezinin içerisinde bulunuyor otel. Odalar gerçekten çok güzel ve her gün temizleniyor personel tarafından. Kahvaltı dahil almıştık kahvaltısı da gayet başarılı. Sahil için başka bir otelle anlaşmışlar orada sahili kullanabiliyorsunuz on dakika yürümeniz gerekiyor. Banyoda ılık veya sıcak su problemi mevcut sadece ilk gün dışında hep soğuktu.

The hotel put the blame on you that inside the program shows a reservation in theadore, but I have no information about this in the voucher
There are no bathrobes anywhere, Wi-Fi does not work from the word at all, be prepared to waste your Internet, there are practically no fruits, apple, oranges; season, fruits for money please🙈🙈🙈 In Mersin hotels 3 and 4 stars and that is, all seasonal berries and fruits
The balconies are dirty as if they never wash
The views are beautiful, the rest of the food is quite normal and tasty, but there is not enough variety for a 5
Thanks for the gozlume on the beach for free 😅😅they are very tasty

The location of the hotel is convenient, in the center. You can easily reach the beach and restaurants by foot.
There are shops and exchange offices nearby.

MMashaKashaThis hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

Ttareki booked an apartment ”as they said” for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apartment was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apartment which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window or any door . other than that reception staff was very nice , room service was kind even though i didnt understand anything on what she said neither did she since she doesnt speak except russian.

RRasyidi bin yakobI am very satisfied with the excellent service of the hotel staff.they are very helpful and friendly.the hotel is very clean,there is a calm and quiet pool.they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room. Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here.

GGuest Userthe room went on the 6th floor, side with a view of the mountains / sea / pool! large balcony. 2 single beds are shifted in the room (instead of one large) and a sofa as an extra bed. we liked the kitchen, a lot of greens. 2 days were without meat (we do not eat soy cutlets), but did not remain hungry. 1-2 kinds of fruits (oranges / apples / watermelon 🍉 alternated). trouble with desserts, jelly-like garbage, we didn’t eat .... animators try. for 3 *** we think it’s not very bad! having traveled in half a month in Turkey (on the principle of one day, one city, one hotel 🏨) there is something to compare. take into account the cost of the hotel and do not expect miracles for this money 💰. although sometimes miracles do happen!
