GGuest UserI would like to thank all the staff and hotel owners for the friendly service. The hotel is very clean and quiet. It provides an opportunity to relax for those who are tired of the work schedule. Breakfast is very delicious. Although the pool is relatively small, it is calm. The location is in the city center, you can walk everywhere you need. I definitely recommend it to those who want to go.

The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and it’s located in a quieter area of Alanya, which I appreciated. It’s also close to restaurants, small shops, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the town or head to the city center.
Rooms:
My room was clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and a balcony. While not overly spacious, it had everything I needed, including a good air conditioner, mini-fridge, and a decent bathroom. Some parts of the hotel could use a little refresh, but nothing major.

GGuest UserJust got back. Everything was great. Food better than expected. Nice pool. Beach bar is great, rooftop bar is great for sunset. Wasn't sure what to expect as half the reviews seem fake but is a genuinely good all-inclusive hotel for the money.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel put the blame on you that inside the program shows a reservation in theadore, but I have no information about this in the voucher
There are no bathrobes anywhere, Wi-Fi does not work from the word at all, be prepared to waste your Internet, there are practically no fruits, apple, oranges; season, fruits for money please🙈🙈🙈 In Mersin hotels 3 and 4 stars and that is, all seasonal berries and fruits
The balconies are dirty as if they never wash
The views are beautiful, the rest of the food is quite normal and tasty, but there is not enough variety for a 5

Nearby a school. Could be pretty noisy at days. Quite at night though.

SSansonI had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. T

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful. I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that. It’s not like they were overbooked. Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly. I would stay here again. .

GGuest UserThe hotel is a two-minute walk from Kleopatra Beach. First, there is 3 meters of sand in the water, and then a slab along the entire beach, 3 meters wide, and it is not cut out completely there, because there is depth immediately behind the slab and it creates a conditional ”bottom”. The slab is smooth, you won't scratch your feet. The hotel itself is ordinary, the room is clean, soap, shower gel, towels are available. Wi-Fi in the lobby is free. For its price, the hotel is good, I recommend it. There is a swimming pool, not heated.
