4-Star Hotels in Charlotte

Amazing, the staff were so awesome. The rooms….. words can’t even explain how exceptional and comfortable. Clean hallways they smelled so nice.

The AC hotel was very nice and clean and the service was ok only thing was bad when the lights went out in the whole area but other than that it was so peaceful

Enjoyed it great professional experience. The food was delicious, friendly staff and made the stay memorable. Appreciated their efforts in making the room more personal

The hotel is very new, come to see the World Club Cup, walk about 10 minutes, very convenient, next to the bobcat home, the hotel staff and room facilities are very satisfied, the bed is also very big. Exceeding expectations, parking is free. Suitable for self-driving tours passing by and staying for a 1-2 night. There are many places to eat next to the hotel, Charlotte is a delicate and beautiful city.

Very clean hotel, giant space inside room. The hotel is a very tall building located at a preferred location in the downtown Charlotte area. The hotel services are very inclusive, you get whatever you need immediately.

All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The girl who checked me out was outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Hopefully you can find her-01/26 about 10:00.  My only concern was I didn’t realize pets were allowed and there was a barking dog down the hall. My fault.

It’s an obsolete hotel. Standard American breakfast. The room is spacious.., but the bathroom is tiny. The shower was horrible.., and the TV was not turning on. The hotel stays 15-20 minutes by foot to the Spectrum Center (Hornets game). I’d not stay again.

Traveled here for my 40th birthday with friends. Hotel parking lot & roads are under construction but inside the hotel was nice. We had a problem with our room but immediately they changed my room with no problem. The hotel has a roof top lounge that was great. Also it has other restaurants & bars inside. We enjoyed our time there & barely left the hotel because it was so much to do in the hotel. It was worth the stay.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. The hotel is large. The breakfast was different from other hotels. It was very rich and well-served. The service fee is quite high in the United States.
