The AC hotel was very nice and clean and the service was ok only thing was bad when the lights went out in the whole area but other than that it was so peaceful

Enjoyed it great professional experience. The food was delicious, friendly staff and made the stay memorable. Appreciated their efforts in making the room more personal

The service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!

All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The girl who checked me out was outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Hopefully you can find her-01/26 about 10:00.  My only concern was I didn’t realize pets were allowed and there was a barking dog down the hall. My fault.

It’s an obsolete hotel. Standard American breakfast. The room is spacious.., but the bathroom is tiny. The shower was horrible.., and the TV was not turning on. The hotel stays 15-20 minutes by foot to the Spectrum Center (Hornets game). I’d not stay again.

Hotel environment is good, next to the commercial street, eating more convenient, there are also Chinese food (that is, not authentic)! The decoration is a bit old, the room size is OK!

Traveled here for my 40th birthday with friends. Hotel parking lot & roads are under construction but inside the hotel was nice. We had a problem with our room but immediately they changed my room with no problem. The hotel has a roof top lounge that was great. Also it has other restaurants & bars inside. We enjoyed our time there & barely left the hotel because it was so much to do in the hotel. It was worth the stay.

Good location, close to the airport, there is no noise; there is a shuttle bus, very convenient; there is a parking lot at the door, convenient parking; rooms are clean and cost-effective; the front desk service is warm and meticulous; anyway, I feel satisfied and will choose next time!

Overall it's good, very cost-effective, the ones in the city are 2-3k. We came to see the exhibition, it's more than an hour's drive from High Point, it's much better than other hotels, we stayed in other hotels for one night, and then changed to this one
