4-Star Hotels in Charlotte

It is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in this business trip, the hotel recommended by guests. There is a coffee bar on the second floor, you can chat and talk about things, you can go to the restaurant on the top floor to drink at night 🍺, the surrounding facilities are complete with restaurants and the opposite shopping mail. is not far from the airport.

The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, it is a place with a high safety factor in Charlotte, and the locals say that this area is a high-end community. The hotel room is more modern in design, simple industrial style, and soundproofing is also very good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I asked about the taxi. She introduced a new car-calling APP. She said that it was currently in the promotion period and it was free within a few kilometers. Unfortunately, it was only limited to the southern area of the hotel and it was useless.

The AC hotel was very nice and clean and the service was ok only thing was bad when the lights went out in the whole area but other than that it was so peaceful

I like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)

All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The girl who checked me out was outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Hopefully you can find her-01/26 about 10:00.  My only concern was I didn’t realize pets were allowed and there was a barking dog down the hall. My fault.

We traveled to Charlotte for my 17 yr old daughter birthday. The hotel is next door to Southgate Mall. There's plenty of fine dining within walking distance of the hotel & the hotel has a nice restaurant in it as well. Room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed time at the pool. I would book again for sure.

Very good, good environment, large room, delicious breakfast, high-quality service staff. The surrounding is very quiet and the location is convenient, within walking distance of the conference center.

Traveled here for my 40th birthday with friends. Hotel parking lot & roads are under construction but inside the hotel was nice. We had a problem with our room but immediately they changed my room with no problem. The hotel has a roof top lounge that was great. Also it has other restaurants & bars inside. We enjoyed our time there & barely left the hotel because it was so much to do in the hotel. It was worth the stay.

In the morning the shuttle is supposed to arrive every half hour. Even though I was ready to leave at 6:23 the shuttle did not arrive at 6:30. In fact the shuttle arrived around 6:45. To make things worse the driver took his time walking slowly into the hotel and slowly back out of the hotel (stopping to speak with the receptionist) which caused us to leave around 6:50. The driver nor anyone else bothered to apologize. When I arrived at the airport I was only one minute away from checked luggage cut off time. If you’re operating a hotel on airport property people choose your hotel because of it’s convenient location. This convenience is negated if the shuttles do not arrive at a consistent time interval. The receptionists should also work on their tone over the phone when they’re communicating with customers. They shouldn’t sound as if they are being inconvenienced by a customer asking questions. Furthermore if the sign on the counter says that breakfast is served from 6 AM until 10 AM yet at 6:20am, there was no breakfast in sight. Did anyone bother apologizing or explaining? No. I personally didn’t have time for breakfast anyway but that’s not really the point. I assume you can find another hotel in proximity that does not have the same low standard of professionalism.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. The hotel is large. The breakfast was different from other hotels. It was very rich and well-served. The service fee is quite high in the United States.
