Charlotte Hotels with Balcony

She introduced a new car-calling APP. She said that it was currently in the promotion period and it was free within a few kilometers. Unfortunately, it was only limited to the southern area of the hotel and it was useless.

The service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!

The most failed hotel in this trip, the price/performance ratio is extremely poor. There are many hotels in Charlotte, and I chose this most expensive one, thinking it would be very good. There is no parking lot in the city center, and the parking fee for a small car cost nearly $100 (+ tip) for 2 days. The main reason is that each time we use the car, we have to wait for more than 15 minutes. The most annoying thing is that when we checked out, we asked him about the bill and found that the room fee was deducted twice. After we negotiated with Ctrip, they said that they would refund it in 2 days. The one with the trailer fee had been checked out, and the one without the trailer fee had not been refunded for 10 days, $1,122.4. We still didn't get a refund after checking the bill every day. After negotiating with Ctrip, they could only tell the agent to wait, it was a collapse! Don't book this hotel, the Marriott and Ritz-Carlton around are very good and cheaper than them.

The hotel is old. Service is excellent. Hallway smell really bad. Room clean but furniture definitely need to update. I book a non smoking room but I can smell cigarette smoking from my room. Bathroom need update. Fan in the bathroom room 115 not working. Hotel location hard to find because it hide behind the restaurant.
