GGuest UserBig room with many spaces. Nice and tidy, friendly staff and warm service. Air conditioning maybe the only matter I hope it can be better, it is too warm when we entering the room and the aircon can’t work on cooling down.

I didn't need to carry heavy objects to run around. I felt full of intimate when I landed. The first impression was directly full. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the Lishui International Convention and Exhibition Center. I can walk directly to the venue in a few minutes. I don't have to rush to the car at all, and I am very friendly to business travelers. The surrounding traffic is also very convenient. It is very fast to take a taxi to the core business district and well-known attractions in the city. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, this location is impeccable. After entering the guest room, it was even more amazing by the spacious space. The room area is far beyond the average level of hotels at the same price. There is no sense of cramped depression at all. The layout of the office area, rest area and washing area is reasonable and transparent, and the lighting is excellent. Whether it is a case handling work or a leisurely rest, it is particularly comfortable and comfortable to stay. Here, we must focus on naming and praising Ms. Lai! During my stay, I encountered many sudden problems due to the temporary adjustment of the itinerary. I was still very anxious. I didn't expect Ms. Lai to warmly receive the whole process and always think about problems and coordinate solutions from the perspective of customers. From the details of the itinerary docking to the various personalized needs during the stay, she handled them meticulously, efficiently and securely, patiently and gentle throughout the process, without a trace of impatience. It is really warm to meet such staff who are sincerely considerate of customers and full of service awareness. Such good employees with business ability and professionalism should really focus on reuse! The overall service level of the hotel is online throughout the whole process, and the room delivery service is particularly efficient. During my stay, I needed additional mineral water, toiletries and office stationery several times. After calling the room service, the staff sent it to the room in just a few minutes. The attitude was modest and courteous. There was no delay in the whole process, which was extra points for people on business trips. The dining is even more pleasant. The breakfast category is rich and complete. In addition to regular hot and cold dishes, baked snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables and drinks, there are many Lishui local specialty snacks. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is online. The meal is also very timely during peak hours. The dining environment is clean and comfortable. The dinner is also stable and does not step on thunder, the local specialties are authentic, the classic dishes are solid, the whole service is followed up in time, and the experience is excellent. The most rare thing is that such a top-level hardware configuration, online intimate service throughout the whole process, the price is very close to the people, the price is directly full, is a worthy benchmark in the same price hotel. RRrrDExcellent facilities, luxurious and clean room with great view of the rice terraces from balcony. Air con was powerful enough to keep room cool in day time and warm and snug at night.
All the staff were generous, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Barbecue meat dinner outside in camp chairs was delicious and fun.

The camp looks dreamy at night time with lights on, peaceful with only sound you can hear is water trickling on the rice terraces and frogs in them croaking.
Entrance to Jiuqu Yunhuan rice terrace scenic area is less than 5mins walk. Worth getting up early to see the sun rise as the terraces look the best in the morning as the light simmers off the water (in Spring).
Thanks to the boss who helped us with our luggage and gave a lift to the cable car station on our way down.
Would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserVery satisfied! It was the right decision to bring the kids here during the spring break. There were few people and the service was in place. There was a buffet in the hotel so I didn't have to run back and forth. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all solved! The building was so beautiful that I couldn't help taking pictures. Every place was carefully designed. I look forward to visiting again in June! The cloud butler Yunxiang also gave the kids game coins, and the kids had a lot of fun. Great 👍

FfreecasperThis trip was a great experience for both families. We booked a duplex suite and a deluxe river-view room. The duplex suite, in particular, was excellent – the layout was practical and the value was incredible. Both families were very satisfied! In contrast, while the river-view room had a great view, it was a bit noisy due to its street location, which might be a concern for light sleepers.
The hotel service was excellent. We arrived in the afternoon and hadn't bought tickets for the scenic area, but the butler suggested we buy boat tickets for a night cruise on the ancient weir after 5:30 pm, avoiding the crowds – a fantastic experience! Also, because of our itinerary, we didn't have time for afternoon tea that day, but after discussing it with the butler, they kindly rescheduled it for the next morning. After exploring the picturesque village in the early morning, we enjoyed the delayed afternoon tea while relaxing in the hotel lobby – it was incredibly pleasant!
Next time, we'll definitely choose the duplex suite again; it's perfect for families or groups of friends!

Zzyf430It should be the best hotel in the area. It just opened in August last year. The only drawback is that there is no swimming pool and no online on-demand. The breakfast is OK. Although there are not many varieties, the quality is still there. My son ordered two portions of local noodles and said they were delicious. Next door is Wanda Plaza, but it can't be compared with big cities. There are not many types of food, and the goods are the same. You can go to Lin's Courtyard to eat farmhouse food, which is recommended by local friends.

WWillowzlqThe room had a smell as soon as I entered and needed to be aired out. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Wandi Shopping Mall, making it very convenient for eating. It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to the Xiandu scenic spot. The only problem is that the weather is too hot and humid now. I feel like there are mites in the hotel quilt, and there are small red spots on my skin that are very itchy. Everything else is fine. There are quite a lot of breakfast options, and the taste is okay.

XXiaolongbaomamaThe hotel is relatively new and the surrounding area is very quiet. Compared with the noisy surrounding area during the May Day holiday, this hotel is really quiet. The breakfast is also good. There was a wedding on the second day of check-in, and we watched the fireworks at night.
