AAnonymous UserThe cleaning lady was quite friendly. The front desk was rather bland. Initially, they said giving them your license plate number would give you free parking for a few days, but later insisted you still had to go to the front desk every time to swipe your card. Even after the room was unlocked, I couldn't swipe in at the door, so I had to message them. The housekeeper I added didn't respond for ages. I had to ask twice, and it took at least ten minutes for them to respond, and sometimes they didn't respond at all. They said they were issuing an invoice and gave me a QR code, saying it was ready and I just had to scan it. When I clicked on it, I found I had to fill it out myself. And it can't be sent to my phone, it has to be sent to my email. There was no welcome fruit, and the first thing they asked was to pay for an upgrade. Sorry, I've always gotten free upgrades and welcome fruit at Atour. At other hotels I've stayed at, the invoice was sent directly to my phone. I asked if it could be sent to my phone, but they didn't respond. While I was waiting, the neighboring guest offered fruit, but we didn't.
The location is excellent, and it's convenient to nearby attractions, but the service is poor. There are many hotels in a similar price range, and the service is what matters. The service at this hotel was disappointing. It seems they haven't received any systematic training. The oranges in Beijing make people feel very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe room is very large, the normal Atour room is almost 25-30 square, this Atour room has 35-40 flat, very big and very good, the pillow is the Atour deep sleep pro I usually use, very good! There is also a self-service laundry on the 11th floor. After washing, the staff will put us at the door, which is very good.
The only downside is: the bath water temperature is unstable, and it will be cold for a while. There is no cold air conditioner in the room, and it will be very stuffy if you don't turn on the air conditioner when you sleep.

It is about half an hour's drive from the surrounding ancient villages and about 3 kilometers to the old street. The parking lot is relatively large, and it also provides self-service laundry services. The breakfast is very rich, the service is very warm, the facilities are very new, and it is also equipped with a smart home system. It is not inferior to high-end hotels in big cities.

The rooms are large and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The guy at the hotel front desk is very attentive and helped us get our luggage to the room. The hotel customer service manager proactively contacted us in advance to inform us of the hotel location. It was also free of charge. They upgraded our room for us. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very rich, including freshly made sesame cakes. The hotel restaurant also launched very cost-effective meals. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. In short, it was a good stay experience. Highly recommended.

Vehicles can be parked in the underground parking garage opposite the hotel (see Figure 2), and only the license plate needs to be filled in. The front desk is warm and welcoming, and the service is in place. The guest rooms are smart, clean, tidy, sanitary, and comfortable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast environment is comfortable, with local flavor, rich and delicious. The hotel is trustworthy and recommended.

The river view rooms offer expansive views, and the bathroom design is outstanding. Breakfast includes local specialties like Jinyun Clay Oven Rolls, and the executive lounge offers good quality food. However, service has some shortcomings, with insufficient guidance from the concierge. Some suites have a slightly cramped layout, and the pool and gym are shared with other hotels. Despite these minor flaws, the hardware and dining are top-notch, making it suitable for travelers who prioritize convenience and views. The value for money is still decent.

DDiluneierweilisimayanThe two-night stay was purchased through a Ctrip group purchase. The store manager thoughtfully upgraded the room, which was just right for a family of three. It was an independent homestay on an independent hilltop, as if it was isolated from the world in a fairyland. The scenery was amazing, with sunsets, mornings, and even fireworks at night. The location was in the middle of several popular villages in a straight line. It was perfect to check in at each village for two days. The dinner at the homestay was reasonably priced and tasted good, unlike some homestays that rely on their dominance to charge high prices. The only bad thing was that the road up the mountain was under repair, which was particularly difficult to drive on and the car was easily scratched.

GGuest UserThe hotel was newly built in 2023. The staff really needed to be trained. Front desk staff were the 85%s. The staff from breakfast restaurant were like people getting food for free. They never brought smiles on their faces 😓. I’m going to give them 50%. The cleaning crew needs to be trained indeed. They never care if you were in the room but just wanted to do their jobs on their own schedule likely 2-3:00 pm. They don’t know where to store their cleaning cart but under a dripping ceiling 😅 with all guests’ towels on top. The bath towel were store under the sink on the dust next by the laundry basket.
