GGuest UserI was originally worried about the noise downstairs after reading the reviews, but when I arrived at the store, I discovered that it had double-layered soundproof glass. The room is large, and the hardware facilities and services are no less than Atour. The view outside the window is also good, and it is a cost-effective choice.

AAnonymous UserThe cleaning lady was quite friendly. The front desk was rather bland. Initially, they said giving them your license plate number would give you free parking for a few days, but later insisted you still had to go to the front desk every time to swipe your card. Even after the room was unlocked, I couldn't swipe in at the door, so I had to message them. The housekeeper I added didn't respond for ages. I had to ask twice, and it took at least ten minutes for them to respond, and sometimes they didn't respond at all. They said they were issuing an invoice and gave me a QR code, saying it was ready and I just had to scan it. When I clicked on it, I found I had to fill it out myself. And it can't be sent to my phone, it has to be sent to my email. There was no welcome fruit, and the first thing they asked was to pay for an upgrade. Sorry, I've always gotten free upgrades and welcome fruit at Atour. At other hotels I've stayed at, the invoice was sent directly to my phone. I asked if it could be sent to my phone, but they didn't respond. While I was waiting, the neighboring guest offered fruit, but we didn't.
The location is excellent, and it's convenient to nearby attractions, but the service is poor. There are many hotels in a similar price range, and the service is what matters. The service at this hotel was disappointing. It seems they haven't received any systematic training. The oranges in Beijing make people feel very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe Spring Festival returns to Shanghai's foothold, or the price of Atour in Zhejiang is affordable. I slept well and the clothes were washed and dried and sent back to the door. This year, I really went to Guangdong with a madness, and I was guilty of old. As a result, the scenery I saw along the way in Lishui was cured this night and home. The road back to Shanghai was traffic jammed during the day and the national road was taken. I accidentally found that the mountains and rivers along the Lishui National Road were very beautiful. The front desk is warm and welcoming, and the service is in place. The guest rooms are smart, clean, tidy, sanitary, and comfortable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast environment is comfortable, with local flavor, rich and delicious. The hotel is trustworthy and recommended.

YYuanyuanzhiminFirst impression upon entering the room was how spotless it was. The carpet had no strange smells, and there were no water stains on the bathroom counter, which was a huge plus. The bedding was on the firmer side, which was perfect for my back. They even offered both soft and firm pillows, showing great attention to detail. The city view was absolutely amazing! The floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct overlook of the city's main thoroughfare. The night view after the lights came on was incredibly beautiful and made for some fantastic photos.

GGuest UserI had a very nice stay in this hotel. The rooms are very big with a nice view of the beautiful nature around it. The breakfast buffet was very delicious.
My A/C didn’t work in the beginning and I talked to the receptionist and they made it work in the time I went out for a walk.
The hotel is also close to the Ceramic street and a 15-20min walk from the old town.
The entire area is an art district and I met some artists who had courses and workshops there.

GGuest UserA perfect getaway from the city. The previous village that existed here was renovated and turned into a hotel, but it still retains its countryside charm. There are various activities from swimming in the infinity pool and playing pool in the games room. The food is fresh and tasty and there is coffee in the room, as well as at breakfast. Always a welcome addition. The service was great and they transported the bags up the steps for us, which was nice, as we were at the top. Overall, a great way to spend a weekend away from it all. Watch the clouds role in and enjoy the scenery.
