"Every time I travel, I choose Wyndham, but for the Dragon Boat Festival, due to the rooms being fully booked, I opted for Baoting instead. Although the gym is shared, and the lobby is split into two sections on the first floor, I still feel Wyndham's service is superior, though my experience here was also quite good. I'd especially like to mention Yoyo, whose service was incredibly helpful! My request for a late check-out, based on room availability, was granted, which was a huge plus. The fish-feeding in the lobby is also a must-do activity for kids. I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in town."

"A perfect getaway from the city. The previous village that existed here was renovated and turned into a hotel, but it still retains its countryside charm. There are various activities from swimming in the infinity pool and playing pool in the games room. The food is fresh and tasty and there is coffee in the room, as well as at breakfast. Always a welcome addition. The service was great and they transported the bags up the steps for us, which was nice, as we were at the top. Overall, a great way to spend a weekend away from it all. Watch the clouds role in and enjoy the scenery."

"First impression upon entering the room was how spotless it was. The carpet had no strange smells, and there were no water stains on the bathroom counter, which was a huge plus. The bedding was on the firmer side, which was perfect for my back. They even offered both soft and firm pillows, showing great attention to detail. The city view was absolutely amazing! The floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct overlook of the city's main thoroughfare. The night view after the lights came on was incredibly beautiful and made for some fantastic photos."

"The hotel is located in the center of Lishui City, with very convenient transportation. The hotel lobby is large and grand. Although there are many guests during the holidays, the service response is still quite fast. The room area is also quite large, the hygiene is also OK, and the room facilities are all there. The buffet breakfast is a bit messy because there are many people. The milk and other things are gone and not replenished in time. Other things are okay. The overall experience is still good."

The location of the hotel is very convenient, 500 meters walk from the high-speed rail station, the bus station behind the hotel, the transportation is very convenient, the room is comfortable and warm, the sound insulation effect is very good, the hotel pool, gym. "The front desk service was excellent, and the room was decent and relatively clean. For the price during the Spring Festival, it was indeed very reasonable. However, I really can't help but complain about the breakfast environment. Picture 1 shows the seat we wanted, but because no one was cleaning it, we asked a staff member to have the table cleared. The staff member at the restaurant entrance who swiped our cards told us to sit in picture 2. 😰 I pointed out that the long tables were also not cleaned, and she actually said: ”Aren't there three clean seats?” I was speechless. Did they expect us to eat breakfast in a pile of other people's leftovers? I understand that there might be staff shortages during the Spring Festival, but since the customer raised the issue, they should have responded immediately instead of making decisions for the customer. This is basic courtesy in the service industry. Considering the other services were good, I won't give a bad review. Also, although the hotel is pet-friendly, the bedding hygiene still needs attention. There was a large yellow stain on the comforter, similar to pet urine. Although it didn't smell, it still affected my mood."

The reason for choosing is that the location is good, the opening is not long, the room is large, the environment is beautiful. When I suddenly received a call from the manager Du of this hotel a few days before I traveled, she took the initiative to introduce herself and explain the purpose of the call: introduced the local play routes and strategies, and also intimately informed that if you have any help, you can find her at any time, and took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type, Such a caring hotel makes me feel at home. On the day of check-in, Tang Jingjing, the front desk employee, said that he had received a notice from Manager Du, we checked in today, and smiled at the service, took the initiative to help us with our luggage, and introduced the relevant local information.
