HHOLA.OILStaying at PAMA khaoyai Pool Villa 2, feel warm since entering ✨🤩 Lovely decoration, comfortable tone, looks very relaxing. The bathroom is clean and tidy. The bedroom upstairs has a very beautiful view. The bed is super comfortable. There is a private swimming pool to soak in the water and chill. Quiet, suitable for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle. In front of the entrance to the accommodation is a convenience store, very comfortable, the butler service is impressive, unlimited snacks, a place to stay that feels comfortable and definitely want to come back 💙

WWosiguwozaiEvery snapshot here is a scenic view! Highly recommend this place; it's the best resort and golf course in Khao Yai! I'll definitely be back for a second visit!
The resort also offers cycling, tennis, badminton, a swimming pool, and a playground, all of which are excellent! The facilities are top-notch! Service is 100%!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and beautiful, offering a great location and a lovely view. The hotel's theme and the room's decor were also beautiful. However, I wasn't keen on the fabric slippers; they looked quite old and appeared to be reused, not a fresh pair for each guest. Some power outlets in the room had issues with charging devices, and the jacuzzi function in the bathtub wasn't working. Cleanliness was acceptable. While the buffet offered a decent variety, the taste of some dishes could be improved. Overall, the staff were polite, but the front desk was quite slow to answer calls and process requests. For instance, I requested wine glasses, but they were never delivered.

GGuest UserAmazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

TThanathip MoolvongThe hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid.
I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby.
The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy.
I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same.
Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property.
Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

EevenhowCompletely independent room, very quiet, but the location is too remote, it is not convenient to go out for dinner, the location is not easy to find, if you don't drive, you can't go there. Except for the staff, I didn't see anyone during the two days I stayed in the hotel, but the staff were very enthusiastic and their English level was also good.

AAnonymous UserI've always loved mountain vacations and have been looking for good, upscale ones. The usual price is around 3,000 RMB after tax, and 5,000-6,000 RMB during holidays. This place perfectly suits my taste; the food and service are both good, and the environment is really nice. However, there are an overwhelming number of insects—all kinds of bugs. There were even some in the swimming pool, and the ants were huge. There were also some in the room at night. My suggestion is that for a room at this price point, the bath towels should be replaced. They were all very old. Although we brought our own disposable ones, hotels at this price point should pay more attention to details.

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.
