"The hotel is situated within the Movenpick complex. The grounds are incredibly vast, featuring multiple zones and amenities, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the scenery. Our room was spacious and fully equipped. There's also a swimming pool for guests to use. While the room itself was well soundproofed and quiet, loud music was unfortunately broadcast over the PA system quite early in the morning. We experienced two power outages during our stay, which was understandable as it was the rainy season. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and the dining area boasted beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. For those who enjoy morning exercise, the resort grounds are ideal for jogging."

"This newly opened hotel is situated just before the national park, offering easy access and close proximity to various dining spots. Outdoor parking for both electric and regular vehicles is available at the back. Rooms are new and clean, with the added luxury of a bathtub on the balcony. I highly recommend opting for a room on the back side to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The front-facing rooms overlook the swimming pool, offering less privacy. Rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and the ceilings feature beautiful 'shooting star' lights. It's ideal for families with children, as it boasts a heated swimming pool and a dedicated kids' play area."

TTomsrgGood atmosphere, suitable for relaxation, clean, everything is good. The breakfast that was received from the reservation is very good, delicious.
CChatvvinThe staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean, the restaurant served delicious food, and the atmosphere was great. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was not as varied as expected for the room rate paid.
WWosiguwozaiEvery snapshot here is a scenic view! Highly recommend this place; it's the best resort and golf course in Khao Yai! I'll definitely be back for a second visit!
The resort also offers cycling, tennis, badminton, a swimming pool, and a playground, all of which are excellent! The facilities are top-notch! Service is 100%!
I've already recommended it to my friends.
EevenhowCompletely independent room, very quiet, but the location is too remote, it is not convenient to go out for dinner, the location is not easy to find, if you don't drive, you can't go there. Except for the staff, I didn't see anyone during the two days I stayed in the hotel, but the staff were very enthusiastic and their English level was also good.
AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.
PpornnapasThe room was spacious and beautiful, offering a great location and a lovely view. The hotel's theme and the room's decor were also beautiful. However, I wasn't keen on the fabric slippers; they looked quite old and appeared to be reused, not a fresh pair for each guest. Some power outlets in the room had issues with charging devices, and the jacuzzi function in the bathtub wasn't working. Cleanliness was acceptable. While the buffet offered a decent variety, the taste of some dishes could be improved. Overall, the staff were polite, but the front desk was quite slow to answer calls and process requests. For instance, I requested wine glasses, but they were never delivered.
BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!
RRobert Alan MorganThe apartment was beautiful and spacious. The air con in the bedroom was not as good as in the living room which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable initially. The tv only has Thai channels which is a little disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and the free onsen visit and breakfast were bonuses. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could imagine. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Piano Resort, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property has undergone a recent renovation, resulting in a modern and inviting atmosphere. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind.
The highlight of my stay was the stunning scenery during the rainy season. The combination of fog and humidity created a magical ambiance, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large swimming pool was a welcome addition, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.
For those who need to stay productive while traveling, the on-site cafe was a convenient and comfortable place to work. Overall, The Piano Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
