GGuest UserI booked a deluxe mountain view room 4 months in advance and got an excellent price of 2,3xx THB.
The hotel is quite large, and every staff member was incredibly welcoming and polite.
The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a sofa, plus a coffee machine. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The bathroom was also generously sized and included a bathtub.
The mountain view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic, offering beautiful scenery of trees and hills – truly perfect for relaxation.
A special perk: for guests staying on a Saturday, the hotel provides free tickets to the Lamaya fire show!
Overall, I absolutely loved my stay, was very impressed, and would definitely come back again.

AAnonymous UserThe service was exceptional, the staff paid so much attention to our needs. However unlike Toscana, we were not allowed to cycle through the resident area to explore and only outside the resort. The parking areas could have more protective shade installed due to the immense heat in the afternoon and rainy season. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain during the day, our car experience quite a rain leak through the sunroof as the drain tube was clogged. The staff however was quick to help us by having security reserved a parking spot with roof shade when we came back from exploring Khao Yai. We appreciate this very much since it rained the rest of the night. To sum up the staff and security went above and beyond to accommodate us.

GGuest UserMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe service was great, and all the staff were very friendly, though there was an hour-long delay during our check-in. It's a great spot for a family vacation. The room facilities were decent, but the electric kettle was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been used in a while, and when I was about to boil some water, I noticed some grime and didn't dare to use it.

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

JJoy playGreat value for money, and the room was comfortable and roomy! Unfortunately, we encountered a water leak in our room, which was quite a shock. We called the front desk in the middle of the night, and the staff immediately helped us switch rooms. They handled the situation promptly, and the service was excellent! The breakfast was quite basic, but for a room for two at around TWD 500 including breakfast, you really can't complain! 😂

MMike PanovWe've stayed at this hotel several times in different rooms, but this was our last. The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use.
The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant.
The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks.
The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.
The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal.
On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly.
Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate.
Несколько раз останавливались в этом отеле в разных номерах, но это был последний раз. С каждым разом номера выглядят все хуже, уборка в номерах стала очень плохой, номера требуют ремонта, пахнет сыростью и плесенью. Система кондиционирования не числилась уже очень давно, повсюду пыль, грязь и волосы от предыдущих жильцов. Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться.
Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно.
Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок.
Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово.
Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится.
Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал
Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует.

Actually, every time I go to Khao Yai, I stay here.
When you enter from the main road, it's very quiet and private.
It may look a bit old, but it's not scary.
Good parking, good service, and breakfast is okay.
It's worth the price.
The large room on the upper floor is divided into two parts.
The lower floor is for eating and sitting comfortably.
The view of the accommodation is the mountains.
If you're not too serious, this is a good choice.
