"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this resort. First of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Initially, I was assigned a room on the ground floor near the swimming pool, which I think is perfect for families with children. However, since I was looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay, I asked if it would be possible to change my room. The staff handled my request promptly and arranged another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The view was beautiful and created a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious and met my expectations, with a good variety of food. There was also plenty of parking space, which made it very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If I visit Khao Yai again in the future, I will definitely plan to stay here again."

"Overall and Pros: Ambiance and Location: The overall ambiance is excellent, very quiet and natural with beautiful views of Khao Yai, perfect for relaxation. Cleanliness and Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was very spacious with strong water pressure, which was satisfying. There's a golf cart service for convenient transportation within the area. Dinner: The Thai restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff here were very attentive and provided excellent service. Areas for Improvement / Observations: In-room Facilities: The rain shower head in the bathroom was broken, causing water to spray everywhere and making it unusable. We had to switch to the regular shower hose instead. Breakfast and Service: Breakfast had to be taken at the atta hotel next door. The food selection was quite ordinary and didn't feel worth the price compared to other places. The staff at the breakfast area were not very attentive (unlike the staff elsewhere who provided excellent service). Activities: The accommodation itself is very quiet and peaceful, but there might not be many activities to do."

"We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly."

"The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here."

"Very good room The situation is perfect just near khao yai entrance It will be better if hotel provide towel for swiming pool Some animals in the garden and beautiful view In restaurant good isan food very good somtam The problem is breakfast … It’s not buffet and with many customers it’s difficult to have what you command without wait long time and for have all you ask … the staff 2 or 3 people are very busy … they try do their best … the breakfast menu is in english no have in thai !!! I think breakfast can begin before 7 am for customer who want enjoy morning time in national park .."

"Superb design, magnificent pool. The room is large, comfortable, and very quiet, with excellent bedding. We had a very good breakfast and also tried the room service and restaurant, which were excellent as well (with high prices, but consistent with the setting and quality of the products). There are a few dining options within walking distance. The two downsides of this hotel are its proximity to the road (noisy by the pool and restaurant terrace) and the staff's very poor English, which made communication quite difficult. The hotel doesn't have a spa or gym, but it's possible to have dumbbells delivered to your room and get massages there."

"This hotel is lovely. They actually have 5 hotels in total, so when you book, make sure to check carefully what kind of experience you're looking for. If you want more of a city feel, pick the Town Square. If you're after a harbor-side vibe, stay here. And if you want a mountain-side experience, you need to choose Sequesta. I didn't realize when I booked and just chose randomly, haha! The hotel itself is great. Summer must be the low season because it's incredibly hot and there are hardly any people, which is great for taking photos, but you have to be prepared for the heat. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful, always ready to assist. My only minor complaint is that for a hotel at this price point, the breakfast is incredibly mediocre. They have some bread, a few Thai dishes, mostly Western food, and some salads. It sounds like a lot when I type it out, but in reality, it felt very limited, especially considering the ridiculously high price, haha! Maybe I just had very high expectations."

"The Loft room is spacious and clean, and Toscana Valley itself is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than ideal. The room is very dim; the main lighting comes from floor lamps and small wall lights. There are also very few power outlets, almost none on the second floor. Some outlets are occupied by the floor lamps, making it difficult for a family of four to charge phones and tablets simultaneously. We even had to plug in the kettle near the bed and place it on the floor. The air conditioner on the second floor is right next to the bed and quite noisy. Furthermore, there's only one bathroom for the entire Loft. If you're a family of four, it might be more comfortable to book two separate rooms. Aside from these points, everything else was enjoyable: it was clean, spacious, and the grounds are very beautiful. The breakfasts were good."

"Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim."
