"We had a mountain view room and it was nice and relaxing looking out the balcony in the morning. There were some campfire chairs near the pool which also felt very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the room was clearly getting old. Furniture had clear signs of age and peeling off. The cleanliness could also be better. The hinge to a cabinet was loose, there were spider webs at the corner, the bath towels were frayed and looked grayish. But the worst was that the shower hose broke with a light tug, which suggest how old it is. The technician came to replace it shortly but it was such a shocking and unpleasant situation overall."

"Was an amazing hotel to stay at, the staff were very nice to us and treated us exceptionally well, the service was 10/10 and they gave us everything we needed and quickly, location was really nice not too far from the cafes and national park, the rooms were really nice and had a great view of the garden in the hotel which was beautiful, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if visiting khao Yai"

"It was perfect for staying with a friend! We had a twin room, the hotel room itself was clean and nice and staff was friendly and polite. The location is 10/10 with flower fields right across the road, and the cowboy bar (we recommend) not very far either. Overall - it was really value for the price 😊"

"Beautiful and serene environment. Rooms are big and the sunbed at the balcony area is perfect for lounging. Free minibar snacks and drinks are a welcome touch! Breakfast was at Atta (a neighboring connected resort). As it was the weekend, the breakfast place was crowded. Kudos to the staff who attended to the guests’ breakfast needs and managed the crowds. Overall, we had a relaxing stay at Kirimaya! Thank you to all the staff at Kirimaya!"

"I am so incredibly glad I decided to spend a few nights at Toscana Valley and even more grateful that I chose this particular hotel. It exceeded every expectation I had and was honestly even more beautiful than the photos online. The moment you enter Toscana Valley, the atmosphere completely transforms. It truly feels like stepping into a charming corner of Italy. The hotel’s ambiance is amazing, European-themed music gently playing in the morning, serene landscapes everywhere you look, and countless picturesque spots perfect for photos. Our room was stunning,  spacious, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Everything inside the room felt just right, from the décor to the comfort. I also have to highlight the shampoo provided because it was so good I actually bought some to take home with me! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering plenty of delicious choices. And across the property, there are multiple restaurants and cafés, so you’re never short of places to enjoy a meal. There is also plenty around the hotel: golfing, biking, scenic walks through beautiful views, feeding the fish, working out at the gym, and simply exploring the different areas of Toscana Valley. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. And now, the spa! Honestly, it was the single best spa experience I have ever had. For such a reasonable price, we were given an enormous, beautifully decorated room with a charming old-European theme. The amenities were perfect, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. My husband told me later that they literally ran around late at night trying to find white roses for my surprise even though none were available at the time. Somehow, they still managed to put together a huge, gorgeous bouquet. That level of effort and kindness genuinely touched me. The hotel also offers a very convenient free shuttle service connecting the three main areas within Toscana Valley, and they arrange it on request, which made getting around so easy. But what stood out the most was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Their hospitality made a beautiful place feel even more special. I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I am definitely coming back. Without a doubt. I loved this place so much."

"We had a wonderful stay at Labaris Hotel during our 3-day trip to Khao Yai. The hotel is very close to Khao Yai National Park (just a 15-minute drive) and Tha Chang Natural Spring. The place is very family-friendly—quiet and spacious. There’s a creek behind the hotel, which made us feel even closer to nature. The staff’s hospitality was amazing. They were professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and changed daily. As I traveled during my birthday month, they surprised me with a banoffee cake and a lovely note. We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a getaway from Bangkok!"

"- The reception staff and all the employees, including housekeeping and security, provided excellent service and warmly welcomed us. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. - Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type. - There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple. - The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍 - In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️ - One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭"
