"It is a complete hostel, clean, quiet and tidy. There are coin-operated washing machines, coin-operated dryers, irons, a spacious dining room with a corner for snacks, coffee, Ovaltine packets available all the time, a microwave, a hot water kettle, a ping pong table in the basement, a lounge for reading games on the second floor, and next to it is a small bar that serves at night. Overall, I was impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, and safety. It was very well done."

GGuest UserI booked a deluxe mountain view room 4 months in advance and got an excellent price of 2,3xx THB.
The hotel is quite large, and every staff member was incredibly welcoming and polite.
The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a sofa, plus a coffee machine. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The bathroom was also generously sized and included a bathtub.
The mountain view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic, offering beautiful scenery of trees and hills – truly perfect for relaxation.
A special perk: for guests staying on a Saturday, the hotel provides free tickets to the Lamaya fire show!
Overall, I absolutely loved my stay, was very impressed, and would definitely come back again.

AAnonymous UserThe service was exceptional, the staff paid so much attention to our needs. However unlike Toscana, we were not allowed to cycle through the resident area to explore and only outside the resort. The parking areas could have more protective shade installed due to the immense heat in the afternoon and rainy season. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain during the day, our car experience quite a rain leak through the sunroof as the drain tube was clogged. The staff however was quick to help us by having security reserved a parking spot with roof shade when we came back from exploring Khao Yai. We appreciate this very much since it rained the rest of the night. To sum up the staff and security went above and beyond to accommodate us.

GGuest UserAtta Lakeside Resort Suite truly lives up to its name — it’s elegant, serene, and perfectly set by the lake. Ideal for couples, families, or anyone who wants to relax in nature with a touch of luxury. The view, the breakfast, and the atmosphere make it a place you’ll definitely want to return to.
The resort is quite large, so you might rely on the buggy service to get around. The pool water can be a bit cold depending on the season, and the interior in some rooms is starting to show minor wear — but nothing that affects comfort.
Every staff member we met was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — from the front desk to the buggy drivers and restaurant team. You really feel taken care of here. The whole place gives off a peaceful, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay longer.
⭐ My rating: 9/10 — Excellent stay, beautiful environment, and one of the best breakfast spreads in Khao Yai!

JJunnie LI stayed at the pool villa but, in hindsight, would have chosen the suites in the main building instead, as they offer a better panoramic view of the mountains. The suites come with an outdoor terrace balcony that overlooks the breathtaking scenery—perfect for sipping champagne or reading a book. The villas, being at the edge of the mountain, don’t provide that same sweeping view, but the upside is the private dipping pool where you can truly swim in privacy. The villa also features a tub that opens directly to the pool, letting you soak while listening to birdsong and feeling immersed in nature.
Amenities were ample and high quality, all featuring L’Occitane products. The upkeep of the rooms was excellent—comfortable, minimal, yet luxurious. The only downside was the porch area by the private pool, where the wooden panels showed some wear and tear.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: a small buffet, but everything was high quality and tasty, with enough variety to keep it interesting for a 2night stay. The resort itself is small and compact, which adds to its charm, though it would have been even better if there was a gym (personal preference).

AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

AAnonymous UserI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — jThe room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Definitely a place I would return to — highly recommended!

The room facilities were decent, but the electric kettle was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been used in a while, and when I was about to boil some water, I noticed some grime and didn't dare to use it.

NNoLimWe loved this place and glad we chose this place to spend our night with our pet dog before we head up to Khon Khean. They are so thoughtful and we also love the view at the “bird nest” restaurant.

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!
