Everything is fine! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The only thing I don’t understand is why the dishes don’t seem to have been washed.

A truly value-for-money hotel. The pool was lovely. The view was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking.

The hotel is indeed the best hotel I've ever seen in terms of great food, very delicious staff, smiling and cleaning, the beach is very beautiful, I can recommend it to everyone

We stayed at the hotel between July 7-12 and generally had a pleasant vacation. First and foremost, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Hamide, who welcomed us upon arrival. Her cheerful demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism gave our holiday a wonderful start. I give her a perfect 10/10. The hotel's compact layout makes it very practical. Since the room, pool, beach, and restaurants are all close to each other, there's no need to walk long distances. It's an excellent choice for those looking for a holiday focused on the sea and pool. The food, while not at the level of a highly ambitious all-inclusive concept, was sufficient. There were grilled options every day. Even though we usually went about half an hour before the restaurant closed, we didn't experience any significant shortages in the food. Among the staff, some individuals truly stood out. Our brother Güney, who worked as a waiter on rollerblades in the lobby, was always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly hardworking despite his busy schedule. His interaction with guests was truly exemplary. Mr. Okan, who worked at the lobby bar, added value to our holiday with both the drinks he prepared and his professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach. Also, the young lady who made waffles had a wonderful, smiling face and warm interaction with guests. These three employees more than deserve a 10/10. A large majority of the foreign staff communicated with guests using warm expressions like ”Welcome,” ”Thank you,” and ”Have a good holiday.” Unfortunately, we occasionally observed unwilling and sullen attitudes from some Turkish staff members. The guest profile can vary depending on expectations. Based on our observations, there was a strong presence from different countries. While the overall atmosphere wasn't disturbing, I can give the guest profile a 6 out of 10. There are a few negative points I can mention. The snack options between meals could be richer. Although the pool water generally looked clean, there was sand and dirt at the bottom at all times of the day. I believe regular bottom cleaning is necessary. As for the sea, it was quite clean and enjoyable in the mornings, but some pollution could form on the surface in the evenings. My ratings: - Welcome: 10/10 - Location: 8/10 - Cleanliness: 8/10 - Food: 8/10 - Service Quality: 8/10 - Guest Profile: 6/10 - Pool: 6/10 - Sea: Morning 9/10, Evening 7/10 Overall, despite minor shortcomings, it's a successful hotel in terms of price-performance, and I can easily recommend it to those looking for a sea and pool holiday. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Hamide, Mr. Okan, our brother Güney, and the young lady who makes waffles again for their efforts, cheerful faces, and hospitality.

A beautiful compact hotel with a green area, everything is nearby. In the kitchen, a large choice of dishes, there are always meat, fish, chicken, different salads, garnish. Diversity of baking, of fruit and berries apples, peaches, cherries, peaches, cherries and carrots. You won't be hungry. There are animations, morning warming, dancing after lunch, beach games and evening animations.

You are having a good time at the hotel. The beach is beautiful. It has its own pier. It becomes more fun when it is crowded, but I recommend you to extend the time, 1:30 hours in the afternoon and 1:30 hours in the afternoon is insufficient. There is customer satisfaction, friendly staff, we enjoyed our holiday calmly it's enough as a variety, thank you, see you next year

The hotel was good but the air conditioner is not working even in the lobby, the elevators are not enough to carry the capacity of hotel we wait like 5-10min for getting elevator (each). Otherwise the hotel is good.

HELPFULL STAFF 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 food 2/10 they need to really improve on food , its fine having plain food but some sauces to maybe add extra flavour, was really bland and menu was repetitive , it can be boring the same menu, we arrived late at night and there should be service for late night for customers who arrive late at the resort . everyone tries to sell things to you SPA, or excursions as well , it can be a bit over kill.
