The men's sauna is very nice. We've tried the swimming pool and gym as well. The facilities are nicely maintained, totally worth the price. Upper level rooms do not have a bathtub, which is the only thing that we think is unfortunate during our stay, oh and the pillow service seems to be very limited, we started our night on Friday, but it was already rented out.

To share an area that could be improved, probably the room air. It seems that central air-conditioning type hotels, which have been in operation for many years, will have this air-conditioning smell. My little daughter who is not sensitive to smells does not feel it. What she was most satisfied with was that the bathroom in the room had a bathtub, so she could soak in it for 30 minutes and was very happy. Downtown location, 15 mins walk from the local ********* train Tainan station (not high speed one). Front desk provides a good food map, and there are a free drinking water machine and a laundry room for guests to use. Hotel seemed busy, only suggestion: front desk staff could be more welcoming and smiley. Taiwan keeps the standard high.

Fantastic stay at Silks Place, we particularly enjoyed the very spacious rooms, free fruits/tea in the room as well as the heated outdoor pool and the roomy gym.

An older hotel but well-maintained and updated in the heart of old downtown, convenient to public transportation, attractions and restaurants. Room is clean and quiet. Nice free breakfast. professional and courteous staff. Very satisfied.

Good location. Good helpful front desk staff. Buffet are great. Room are very clean. The only small issue is the hotel may not have enough car parking space. First come first served. So need come hotel early if need car parking space.

Hotel facilities: The room is quite small, as is the toilet (if you have a wider body, you may feel crowded🤣), although it is small, it is well-equipped and very comfortable🥰They provide instant noodles for just the right number of people (it will be replenished if you stay for two days) Instant noodles), cookies (I ate rice crackers), black tea and green tea bags (I didn’t drink this). There are some thoughtful little reminders in the hotel, which makes people feel very considerate. The towel is very clean, I really want to buy it🤣 There’s no full-length mirror, but I brought a small mirror so it didn’t matter! The bed is so comfortable. I fell asleep quickly after lying on it (maybe I was too tired). I like the pillows. Overall they are very comfortable😍 Thank you very much for giving our two little girls a comfortable experience. Fantastic hotel. Very grand and nice interior decor. Great service people especially Charlie Huang who is very helpful , friendly and polite. Superb lication. Can walk to many places and morning market which is a myst see in tainan. Greatly recommended!

Nice location and good service. It’s about 300 meters to the train station. Hotel Tainan is more than 60 years old, the furniture is old and the room is relatively small. The bathroom is small but comes with a bath tub. No hair dryer and no safe in the room. Surprisingly the room key is still old style. The check out time is 11 am. I stayed extra 4 hours from 11 am to 3 pm and I was charged $NT 1130.

The hotel is super near the train station, making it of high accessibility. Meanwhile, the staff are very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and will be cleaned every day. Wonderful experience here. The shower facility is also good. The breakfast at the hotel is very fruitful too. It provides various food including Chinese, *********, Japanese, Thai and western food. In general, it’s an extraordinary experience and would be put on my list for another stay again.
