The hotel is near the train station. The room is compact but clean. There are many restaurants near the hotel. It is a good area for tourists.

The active kindness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, necessary items (ice, coin washing machine, etc.), consumables are well supplied and excellent. The meal is a local, Japanese home-style meal. Western-style meals were lacking. If it's near Akabane, I'm willing to visit again.

It was so great, it’s my first time to trip Tokyo but the hotel is awesome and clean and amazing. The counter clock is so kind and everything is perfect if I go there again I’ll book again this. Thank you

Great location and less than 5 min to the hotel from Akabane Station, South Gate. Staff very attentive and offer me to non smoking room. Surprised the room is consider spacious in Tokyo. Can open 2 luggage and still got walk way. We have 2 adults and 1 kids. Just nice for us. Room is clean and comfortable.

The price is cheap, location is convient, service is good.

I stayed at this hotel chain in Osaka last year and had a good experience with it. I chose this hotel again when I came to Tokyo this year. I didn't expect that even the indoor hygiene was not kept clean. It's ridiculous.

Akabane is a bit remote, but the hotel is right next to the JR station, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Shinjuku. Remember to go in and out from the side door, which is closer than the main door. I have stayed at Daiwa Roynet many times before and after, and the hygiene of this hotel is really average. It can't be said to be dirty, but many small details are not clean. For example, the dust on the humidifier and the scale on the kettle, you can see that it is not fully cleaned. I probably won't stay there again.

The room is clean and hygienic, the environment is good, and it is 3 minutes away from the station, so it is convenient to travel. There are a lot of delicious food around, and the revolving sushi is cheaper than in China. Yoshinoya, ramen, Chinese cuisine, Sichuan grilled fish, and grilled chicken skewers are also good.

The location is pretty good, close to the subway station and the surrounding area is lively. The bad thing is that there are a lot of solicitors. The hotel is very new and clean, and it is the first choice for business travel at the same level as all seasons in China!
