CyiKen222Perfect for a family of four. It's incredibly convenient to buy groceries from a nearby supermarket and cook them back at the hotel. You can walk just a few minutes to the Shinjuku Washington Hotel to catch the airport shuttle, and it's the same stop for both arrival and departure, which saves a lot of hassle with luggage. You need to pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers at the front desk, while tea bags are self-service. This hotel has a lot of international guests. If you're planning to shop, there's a bus stop just a dozen meters to the right of the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. There's a small but delicious sushi restaurant downstairs nearby. Directly across from the airport shuttle stop is a park, perfect for taking the kids out in the morning before the shops open.

FredicoThe room is absolutely beautiful, and I definitely recommend staying at this gem.
Do not arrive tired without reading all their messages in advance because that will cause some delay entering the room. It’s very modern/digital entry.
What does that is pretty friendly and helpful.

Nicely-designed boutique hotel with convenient access to different places in Shinjuku. And the value-to-cost is promising where I will definitely visit again with friends if staying around Shinjuku.

小mayIt’s hard to find a hotel with a higher price/performance ratio in Tokyo. The room also has a sauna room, the price is right, the quiet soundproofing effect is good, the front desk will not face the guests, and the privacy is very high.

The service was excellent, the host was very considerate, and the room was great. There was a Switch to play, which was quite fun. The living room, kitchen, shower, and toilet are all on the first floor, while the two bedrooms are in the basement. The only downside is that the location of the guesthouse might be in a certain area surrounded by various amenities, like temples. If you don't care about that, it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. Since I took a taxi, I didn't pay attention on the way, and when I went to a convenience store at night without warning, I was genuinely shocked when I came out… Of course, the accommodation is still very good value for money, catering to different budgets.

Great hostel, great and helpful staff, breakfast could be improved/ maybe be a little more local.
Of course part of a hostel is sharing with other people and you can't control that. The staff could help by asking people in the breakfast area to move away from the food/ drink while chatting so other people can access.
My room had some great people in it, good place to make friends.
There're strict rules on talking after 10pm in the rooms which is good however unsure how this can be enforced as the staff aren't there overnight.
Several of the people in our room had to repeatedly tell another guest to be quiet as they were talking on the phone or loudly watching videos without headphones at 2am at night. Not the hostel's fault.
Overall recommended.
