Vienna Hotels with Airport pickup service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Although the hotel was overbooked, Judy responded to our complain promptly, and not only upgraded our room, but also sent us a nice gift (sparkling wine). My wife and I were so impressed with her superb performance, great kindness, and professionalism. The hotel was so clean and has a fantastic location. I certainly would like to return, whenever in the magnificent Venice.

Terrific location in Vienna within walking distance and nearby tram to all of the attractions. The hotel is a lovely European city hotel and is consistently rated #1 or #2 in travel magazines. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is that we had stayed at such a spectacular hotel just before this in Budapest that the differences were more pronounced. It was just less personal and more typical than our previous stay. We had a junior suite which was very nice, large and had an outdoor seating area which was nice, but not ”special” which of course is subjective. We did eat at Pastamara after a performance at the symphony and our service and food were great. My husband did go to the indoor pool which is pretty spectacular and not something you often find in city hotel. We did not have time to enjoy the spa or the rooftop. I'd definitely try this hotel again when we have a longer stay.

The hotel is excellent located near the central park, where the famous monument of Johann Strauss is. The metro station is just across the street. Walking to the St Stephen Cathedral and the entire city center is very easy, even with our toddler. From the moment of check-in we really felt pampered, thanks to the very warm welcome received at the reception. Our room was so nicely prepared with the extra bed a nice amenity for our daughter. The breakfast was reach with plenty of choices. I was impressed that you could get even fresh vegetable juice at your choice. I would recommend adding the access to the Club InterContinental to your reservation for the nice atmosphere, stunning views, tasty food and excellent service.

I went to Germany to attend the ITB Annual Meeting in Berlin. Due to the visa appointment time, I chose to enter Austria to apply for a Schengen visa and stay at the Vienna Imperial Hotel, a well-established Austrian State Guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, back to back with the building where the Golden Hall of the Vienna Music Society is located, which is worth recording. The room was upgraded from the front desk. It was a small loft with a loft. The main room had a small door leading to a narrow balcony passage, facing the roof of the Music Association. There are many power switches in the room, and it takes some time to figure out the lighting points controlled by each switch. Slippers are provided in the room, there are good beddings, and chocolates are delivered every day, which is very warm. The elevator in the hotel is relatively small and slow. Fortunately, there are not many floors, so it is bearable. If you are in a hurry, you can also take the stairs, which is a bit of a circuit. The restaurant is a bar on the ground floor. The buffet selection is not particularly large. There is also a menu for ordering hot dishes and hot drinks. The overall taste is good.

It's pretty and the hotel lives up to its reputation, but the hotel is too small and the noise of passersby talking on the street at night is too loud. I think it is at the level of a boutique hotel. It's friendly and the hotel service and cleanliness are good, but it's an old hotel so the facilities are below expectations.

Very comfortable room with A/C for the summer. Excellent location, across from the Opera House, and close to museums and Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School. Restaurant is pretty good, too, with outside dining available along the street. Street is not too noisy or crowded. Note: Our room was on the 2d floor, which required both elevator and stairs! This is a bit annoying with suitcases, so select your room carefully.

Location cannot be beat, right off Stephansplatz and convenient to the U station, Hofburg, everything in District 1. The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. However, they have European air-conditioning, and it was warm when we visited so the room was like a hotbox. The room itself was actually roomy for European standards, and it would have been comfortable if it hadn’t been so hot.

This hotel is a paradise before and after long days of touring the city. Centrally located right next to the subway stop, I could access everything easily, even if it was snowing. The front desk staff were so professional and secured me an extra night when my flight plan changed and upgraded me to a beautiful, QUIET corner room #304. The breakfast buffet is a veritable smorgasbord of choices: eggs, weiners, cheeses, meats, yoghurts and fruits, coffee cakes and breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff: Jamil from Tunisia is extremely helpful and attentive. Melin from the Phillipines was a superb fountain of knowledge about the city and special events and happenings. I will be sure to come back on my next trip to this magic city!

Situated in a nice old building and in an area I liked, a bit apart from ”downtown” and other main attractions, this hotel looks impressive from outside. The single rooms (in one of which I stayed) are really tiny but functional and clean. There is a coffee machine with courtesy pods. Breakfast is OK and suits early risers, starting at 6.30. It meets demand as there were a few of us there between 6.30 and 7.00. At that hour the situation is still tranquil however - it seems to become more chaotic only later on. Personnel is courteous, though some of them (especially in the breakfast room) cannot be described as friendly or warm. The price was very reasonable for Vienna (but it may have been a deal with the local organisation that booked it for me, as online prices seem a bit higher).
