This was my second stay. The hotel is newly renovated with complete facilities. The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options. The room is clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding is soft, and the pillow height is just right. I slept very soundly after checking in. The natural light and soundproofing are excellent; it's bright and airy during the day and quiet at night. The location is very convenient, close to Liuxing Street and large shopping malls. Transportation and dining options are readily available, making getting around very easy. The receptionist was warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. She was also very helpful in answering my questions about local food and sightseeing. The service was very attentive. The room facilities were complete, the toiletries were of good quality, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure and temperature were stable. The overall decoration is simple yet elegant, very pleasing to the eye, and the details are well-done. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, providing excellent service. I was extremely satisfied with my stay overall. This is definitely the hotel to stay at in Yining!

Check-in was quite late and not very quick. I booked a room with breakfast included, and the receptionist needed to use my phone to verify the breakfast receipt. However, the breakfast was completely unchecked and neglected, and it was extremely unpalatable. There wasn't a single piece of meat in any of the dishes. The advertisements touted it as ”superb,” ​​but this was a very embarrassing situation. I wish I hadn't paid for the breakfast; it was terrible. The hotel environment was okay, but there was only one elevator, which was incredibly slow. Waiting a long time to go up and down stairs was very inconvenient.
