Check-in was quite late and not very quick. I booked a room with breakfast included, and the receptionist needed to use my phone to verify the breakfast receipt. However, the breakfast was completely unchecked and neglected, and it was extremely unpalatable. There wasn't a single piece of meat in any of the dishes. The advertisements touted it as ”superb,” ​​but this was a very embarrassing situation. I wish I hadn't paid for the breakfast; it was terrible. The hotel environment was okay, but there was only one elevator, which was incredibly slow. Waiting a long time to go up and down stairs was very inconvenient.

The hotel is generally very nice, with a well-designed layout. It's a great choice for business trips; there's a local restaurant downstairs, and Liuxing Street is just 1 kilometer away. There's also an attraction across the street.

We stayed in Starway Hotel which located at Burqin. We feel very satisfy with the room and the services. Therefore, we book the same hotel when we enter Yining. Of course, we receive the same quality of services. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the environment is good and cozy to stay. After checking in, we discussed about how to go to Liu Xing street. The security staff who hears about our conversation advise us not to drive there due to limited parking. We feel so thankful to him. The restaurant is clean and breakfast provided also delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. There is a 狸花猫 at the lobby and it really cheer us up. Although it is a stray cat but it make us feel so happy and excited.
