The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were polite and checked me in quickly. There were complimentary hot drinks at the front desk, which was perfect for a business trip. I'll definitely come again; it was a very comfortable stay, the most comfortable I've had in Beijing.
Last year, during our honeymoon in Beijing, we stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. So, when planning this family trip, we naturally chose to return. Upon discovering we were loyal guests who had stayed since their opening, the hotel staff went above and beyond, preparing fresh fruit, flowers, and even a personalized hand-drawn card. My wife kept exclaiming, 'How can this hotel's service be so incredibly thoughtful?' I secretly thought, 'Well, that's because I made such a good choice!' Haha, just kidding, but it was a genuine sentiment.
As first-time parents traveling with a little one, we were quite inexperienced and hadn't packed many essentials. Our child's delicate clothes couldn't be washed in the hotel's standard machines. A wonderful staff member promptly brought us a new baby laundry basin and a children's clothes hanger – truly next-level care. On the night of our check-in, we realized we hadn't brought a kettle for warming milk, and it was too late to buy one. We contacted the front desk, asking if they could bring us hot water a few times, though we were hesitant to inconvenience them. To our surprise, the front desk attendant promptly offered us a new electric kettle to keep in our room as a temporary solution. This was a lifesaver, as feeding the baby multiple times throughout the night would have made constant trips up and down incredibly difficult. My wife exclaimed, 'This is simply amazing!'
The next day, after purchasing our own, we went to the front desk to express our gratitude. The staff member humbly replied that it was 'just part of their job.' However, I must emphasize that what they considered routine truly solved a massive challenge for us as new parents, making our entire trip infinitely more meaningful. Upon checkout, the front desk attendant even gifted us a set of adorable dolphin-themed baby tableware. Honestly, my wife was completely enchanted, declaring she would only stay at Atour hotels from now on whenever we travel. I never imagined that a simple return visit could turn this trip into such a wonderfully surprising and delightful experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing! The receptionists and managers were incredibly kind and welcoming—they truly made me feel at home. I was treated so nicely throughout my stay, and to my surprise, I even received a free upgrade from a queen single bed to a king-sized room with a window! The service and hospitality here are top-notch. Highly recommend! Really convenient to commute anywhere since the subway is just walking distance . There are restaurants next to the hotel . Its really tasty and reasonable price . You just need to get downstairs to get the food.

The hotel is surrounded by great eateries like Xinjiang Adaxi, Nanchengxiang, and Daoxiangcun, plus a fantastic hotpot place just across the street. It's super convenient for transport, not far from bus and subway stations, and close to the Temple of Heaven. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful with check-in, offering tourist leaflets and luggage storage. Rooms are clean, tidy, and serviced daily with water refills. The common areas are spotless and well-sanitized. Rooms are fully equipped, some even have a wet/dry bathroom separation, and all necessary disposable amenities like towels and toothbrushes are provided.
A little bit dirty, but for the price it was great. Definitely a different vibe, a love/gaming hotel. The front desk staff were great, very helpful and friendly.
For the price, it’s worth a stay
I stayed here with my mom last time, and this time I brought my kids to Universal Studios. I spent a long time choosing a hotel in the city for these few days and decided to stay here again. It's just a few minutes' walk from Panjiayuan and very close to the subway station. Ride-hailing cars can also park easily. The hotel overall is quite clean, and the room is warm enough without even needing to turn on the air conditioning; the floor heating works great. The TV can cast, and the shower water is comfortable. These things make it a very satisfying hotel for me, and it offers great value for money. For food deliveries, the robots can't reach some areas, and even when they do, it can sometimes be slow, so I usually just go down to pick it up myself, which isn't much of a hassle.
Location: Very conveniently located near the subway station and a hospital. Despite being so central, there was no disruptive road noise.
Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and completely odor-free.
Service: The staff were warm, friendly, and polite.
Amenities: All the amenities worked perfectly. The TV was functional, and the air conditioning unit seemed quite new.
Great location, super convenient for getting around. I really liked it. The subway entrance is just a short walk away, and the hotel itself is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. It's really good, I loved it. I'll continue to stay here on future trips.
The hotel room was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. The subway entrance is right downstairs, which made getting around incredibly convenient. It's great value for money, and I had a really pleasant and satisfying stay. I'll definitely come back next time.
The room was small but very clean, and the service was excellent. The air conditioning made the room a bit dry, but they provided a humidifier free of charge, which was a great touch! The hotel also has a free laundry room, which was very convenient. Food deliveries are brought to your door by a robot, but it can be a bit slow during peak hours, so expect a short wait. The cleaning staff was very prompt and tidied up every day, but please, next time don't throw away my half-finished coffee! I was planning on drinking it later. 😭😭 It would be great if they provided notepads. Also, the water pressure in the shower was strong, but I had a bit of trouble adjusting the water temperature; it was hard to get a stable temperature, and sometimes even turning it all the way to cold would still result in very hot water. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel's location is also excellent. Taking a ride-hailing service to attractions was reasonably priced – about 50 to Universal Studios, a little over 20 to Yonghe Temple, around 30 to the Forbidden City area, and 50 to the Summer Palace, just for reference. There are many good restaurants nearby too, highly recommended!

Outstanding
BBuaichifandemaoIn order to make the trip to Beijing go smoothly, the hotel spent several days carefully. As expected, I was not disappointed. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I felt a sense of intimacy and security. The hotel has a superior geographical location, quiet in the bustling city, close to the Panjiayuan Station of Metro Line 10, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding facilities. There is a large supermarket across the road from the hotel, with rich varieties, good quality and low prices. The hotel facilities are very new, the bedding and bathroom supplies are clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and it is a surprise for Guangxi people to eat authentic Guilin rice and Laoyou noodles in Beijing! The service is also very thoughtful and highly recommended. I will choose Guangxi Hotel again when I come to Beijing next time.
DD7866****The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's practically right outside the subway exit, which is incredibly convenient, especially in winter. There are also plenty of food options nearby, like a *luzhu* (braised pork offal) place and other breakfast spots. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and they provided plenty of bottled water. The service was excellent all around. Just a heads-up: there's no central heating here, only central air conditioning. However, you can ask the front desk for an electric heater, and that makes it very comfortable. The room itself isn't huge, but the specific layout of this room type includes an extra hallway where you can spread out your luggage. Overall, it's great value for money!
GGengyinnThe lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and upgraded my room. The accommodation and hygiene were impeccable. The only minor drawback was the rather limited breakfast selection.
Ms. Zhang, the lady at the front desk, was very thoughtful and tried her best to fulfill all requests.
I didn't take photos of the room; these are from a couple of days ago, so please bear with me.
ZZhenguanyujingtongVery pleasant stay! The hotel has an elegant environment, the lobby is spacious and bright, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast. The rooms are clean and tidy, warmly furnished, comfortable bedding, complete facilities, especially the shower room has sufficient water pressure to wash away the fatigue of the day. The sound insulation effect is very good, ensuring a quiet rest environment. The breakfast is rich in variety. The location is convenient, the surrounding traffic and shopping are very convenient. The overall price is very high, the details are full of care, it is a value-for-money accommodation choice, highly recommended to all passengers, will definitely stay again next time!
MM520749****Traveling with my parents, the hotel's location was excellent. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to the Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City. I was initially worried about traveling with my parents, but it turned out to be so easy with the subway right there. Plus, there are tons of dining options on the B1 level, and even a 24-hour restaurant at night. There's also a large supermarket on the second floor.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel's cleanliness was pretty good, quite tidy. If you need housekeeping, you just have to let the front desk know, and they'll arrange for a cleaning auntie to tidy up.
**Service:** The service was great! All the staff were very enthusiastic and patiently answered all our questions about getting around. Thumbs up!
**Environment:** The environment was okay, typical of chain hotels, I guess. For us, convenience and cleanliness were the main priorities, we didn't have any other specific demands, haha.
GGuest UserThe hotel's service is very good and attentive. The waiters' service is enthusiastic and gives people a warm and comfortable feeling. The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, and the free coffee is delicious. I hope I can stay at this hotel next time. It is really great. Especially Xiao Cui at the front desk.

GGuest UserIt's a 15-minute walk from the station, and the hotel is surrounded by apartment buildings, so you have to walk to restaurants and bars near the station.
The room was spacious and cleaned every day, and was comfortable except for the lack of windows.
The staff were very polite and I was very satisfied.
