Five stars, highly recommend this hotel! I must specially praise the front desk lady – she's incredibly gentle and kind, meticulous and thoughtful in her work. She was very patient throughout the check-in process, answering all my questions thoroughly and attentively. Her genuine and warm demeanor really shows that the hotel's overall management is well-organized and efficient. The hotel lobby is spotless, clean, and refreshing. The room has excellent natural light and is impeccably clean, with a backlit feature wall that adds a great ambiance. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent; I hardly heard any outside noise, allowing for a very peaceful rest. The location is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's within walking distance to the subway station, making travel effortless. Downstairs, there's a wide variety of restaurants, and the surrounding commercial area is bustling, so you don't have to go far for shopping or dining. My entire stay was exceptionally comfortable. The hardware and environment are impeccable, but what truly impressed me most was the front desk lady's sincere and thoughtful service. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Great location, with a bus stop right outside and plenty of dining options nearby. It's also quite close to Wukesong and Fuchengmen. I stayed with my elderly family members, and the front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful, especially with any questions my elders had – truly nice people. A special thank you to the two young ladies working on the 31st and Xiao Zeng on the 1st. The layout is well-designed, and the lobby facilities are excellent, including a water bar, quiet rooms, and shared workspaces. The room itself was very comfortable for sleeping and wasn't noisy at all. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Seeing the weather forecast predicted snow in Beijing that night, and quite a bit of it, I decisively booked this hotel. It was over 400 RMB a night, but after using my points, I paid 370 RMB, which is quite a good deal. I called beforehand to ask, and they said only the Panorama Suite has a view of the No. 3 Blast Furnace; other room types generally don't. Upon arrival, they assigned me a room on the 8th floor, which is the top floor. The room was very warm and even had a small balcony. The view was facing the miniature train and the elevated highway, which was also quite nice.

Great location, close to the subway which makes getting around a breeze. The elevator is convenient, and the amenities are excellent: water dispenser, fridge, microwave, and even laundry and drying facilities. A special shout-out to Lulu at the front desk – her service was thoughtful and warm. I'll definitely be back!

For this trip, I chose the Wanda Realm Beijing. The location is excellent, and the service was prompt. Lillian upgraded our room to a high floor and arranged amenities and children's items in advance. She also enthusiastically helped register our car plate number. The room, while small, was perfectly equipped. The layout was compact and well-designed, and the bedding was soft and clean, allowing me to sleep soundly. The air conditioning was quiet and kept the perfect temperature, and the Wi-Fi was stable, allowing me to watch TV or work without any lags. The bathroom was odorless, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The towels were crisp, white, and fluffy. Every detail showed quality. What surprised me most was the hotel's value. For such an affordable price, I get service and quality comparable to a mid-range or high-end hotel. It's a steal! The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation. Buses and subway stations are just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a convenience store and snack bar downstairs, making life very convenient. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to ask about my experience and listened carefully to my suggestions. This attitude of valuing guests is really great. I highly recommend Hi Inn, whether it is a business trip or a tourist, it is a great accommodation choice!

Every time I'm in Beijing for a business trip, I book this hotel. I usually stay for a week at a time. The tall male manager is very professional, enthusiastic, and has a great attitude. He even helped me upgrade my room and reserved a room for me when I forgot to extend my stay due to being busy with work. The service is excellent, and the hotel environment is lovely. Highly recommend! 👍
