Kempinski Deli: Do not leave without trying the pastries! Their croissants, fresh juices, and hot chocolate are absolute must-haves. ☆☆World-Class Staff What really makes this hotel special is the people. A huge thank you to Daisy at reception for the warm welcome. Shoutout to every staff member from lobby to security team to concierge team to cleaning team who went above and beyond helping us with our stay. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with a commercial district and plenty of dining options nearby, making transportation and shopping incredibly convenient. The fact that it's located in a bustling area yet offers a quiet retreat instantly won me over. Upon check-in, the front desk service was efficient and thoughtful. Not only did they complete the process in under 3 minutes, but they also proactively offered warm welcome tea, meticulously explained how to use the smart room controls, and provided local travel tips. They even remembered my casual mention of wanting a quiet room and specifically arranged a high-floor room, showing incredible attention to detail. The guest room was full of delightful surprises! The overall decor was understated and elegant, with wooden elements and soft lighting creating a wonderful ambiance. The smart room control system was incredibly easy to use – I could control the curtains, lights, and air conditioning with just my voice, blending technology with comfort seamlessly. The mattress was perfectly firm, the high-thread-count bedding felt soft and silky against the skin, and with the excellent blackout curtains, I, tired from my journey, enjoyed a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet and high-quality toiletries felt luxurious. Even the anti-fog mirror and separate magnifying mirror on the vanity were thought of – every detail showed genuine care. What was even more heartwarming were the hotel's value-added services. I received fresh welcome fruit upon arrival, and there were complimentary late-night snacks offered in the evening. Upon check-out, the front desk proactively asked if I needed a late check-out and thoughtfully prepared a farewell gift. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and greeted me warmly, and they responded to requests incredibly quickly. That kind of unforced yet perfectly timed care made me feel truly welcome. From location and facilities to service, Yinzhuo Hotel was impeccable. It has now been added to my go-to list for future travels – I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The facilities are complete, the room is very clean, and the buffet breakfast is good. The transportation is convenient, with Shilipu Subway Station not far away, and Honglingjin Park just across the road. There are also many unique restaurants nearby. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Last night, upon check-in, they proactively offered extra toiletries and slippers, and even asked if we needed more water. Minibar: All items are complimentary. For check-out, they kindly extended it until 2 PM. When we left, they proactively offered us water to take with us. We also left a toy in the hotel, and the front desk called to confirm, which we had actually forgotten about. A special thank you for that; we'll definitely come back if we have the chance. The hotel boasts an excellent location. You can reach the subway station in just 5 minutes by shared bicycle, or about a 10-minute walk. Dining options are abundant in the vicinity. There's a supermarket conveniently located just outside the main entrance if you turn right. Additionally, numerous print shops nearby are handy for visa-related needs.

The room was spotless, and they even opened the window to air it out, which was a nice touch. The facilities are excellent, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly polite. Plus, there's free coffee and tea! It was a great experience, and if I'm ever on a business trip near here again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Nice upscale hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and other shared areas. Good sized rooms with big windows. Fantastic gym for workouts with a lot more equipment than most hotels. Is the reason I chose this hotel. Only minus is about a 15-20 minute walk to two different metro lines, but can walk or shared bike is ok. Easy for cars and Didi/Taxi pickups. Shower was very good too. I would stay here again.

As for the breakfast itself, it was rich and varied, with self-service coffee available for free all day. **Free Parking:** Free parking service was provided. When we checked out, the gentleman helped us with the parking voucher to exit. **Environment:** As soon as I entered the lobby, I fell in love with the decor style – very modern and chic. Our room was a loft with twin beds; the lower level was for lounging, and the upper for sleeping. The bathroom had a dry and wet separation, with clearly defined functional areas. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I booked based on online reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Everyone can confidently stay here; I'll certainly be back on my next visit.

This hotel is super close to the embassy, just a five-minute walk, so it's perfect for anyone coming for a US visa appointment. You even save on locker fees for your belongings! The room size was just right, and it was spotlessly clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the updated Hanting – it was a great experience overall.
