The location is calm and very local. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. As a foreigner new to China, I wasn’t familiar with how things like Alipay or other local apps worked, but they patiently guided me through everything. When I lost my Apple Pencil, they even helped me find a reliable seller and showed me where to pick it up. They also taught us how to order food through Alipay and assisted us on the first day in finding a place to buy a SIM card. Thanks to their kindness and support, my arrival in China felt smooth and welcoming, they truly made my first days here the best they could be!

The service was good, and it's quite close to the metro station, offering good value for money. The front desk staff were very friendly. I had an early 7 AM flight, so a 2 PM check-out would have been too early for me. I explained my situation to the front desk, and they kindly allowed me a late check-out until 3 PM, free of charge. This was incredibly thoughtful.

The room is clean and sanitary, with average sound insulation. It doesn't have the smell of a newly renovated room. It is surrounded by residential areas and very close to the subway station. It is very convenient to order takeout, which is delivered to the shelf outside the door.

The sanitation services are good and the transportation is convenient. But the room on the first floor is too noisy! The next door seems to be a storage room or something like that. Workers were unloading goods at 7 o'clock in the morning and woke me up. It was probably more than an hour. At other times, you can hear loud door slamming from time to time.

This hotel is newly opened. It makes a fresh impression and is well designed for both comfort and practical use. The staff here goes above and beyond their tasks. They make sure that checking and checkout is smooth. They even helped me set up a desk in my room so that I had a good desk to work from. Location is good too!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the city center yet offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The lobby is elegantly designed, and the greenery and artwork instantly create a relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, completing check-in efficiently in just 3 minutes, and even proactively upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view. Environmental Highlights: • Floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer stunning views of the city skyline at night. • Excellent soundproofing; completely silent in the hallway. • Daily fresh flowers and handwritten weather cards are a thoughtful touch. Service Details: ✔️ 24-hour butler service is responsive; ice packs were delivered in the early morning for a sprained ankle. ✔️ The housekeeping staff remembered my preferred pillow firmness and proactively provided an extra latex pillow the next day. ✔️ A complimentary local specialty snack gift was given upon departure. Facilities Surprises: ☆ The swimming pool is equipped with a heated system and underwater music playback. ☆ All gym equipment is from Lifefitness's high-end series. ☆ The executive lounge's freshly ground coffee machine offers customizable latte art. Breakfast Highlights: Perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict, eight freshly squeezed juice combinations, and freshly steamed rice noodle rolls from a local specialty stall. The staff remembers guests' coffee preferences. Upon departure, the entire staff lined up with smiles to see us off, truly making us feel at home!

Overall, it's average. I booked it for the exam. But I especially pointed out that the experience was not very good. The sound insulation was extremely bad. I could hear the bad noise and talking next door in the middle of the night. The room assigned was close to the stairs and I could hear the walking sound, which was quite bad. The hygiene was OK and the facilities were basically complete. The service was satisfactory

The location is very convenient. The south gate of the campus is just outside the door. It has the best value for money among all the hotels nearby. The front desk is very friendly and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The only flaw is that you need to come down to pick up the takeaway yourself. Although I guess you can call the waiter to help deliver it, it's a bit troublesome. It's faster to pick it up at the front desk yourself. I will choose to stay here next time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at (北京东方创享健康酒店) – a solid five-star experience in every aspect! First of all, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The mattress, pillows, and linens were all of high quality — soft, clean, and supportive. I had great sleep every night thanks to how well everything was prepared. The buffet breakfast was excellent – clean, light, and healthy with very little oil. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and delicious without being heavy. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Any issues or questions I had were resolved quickly and efficiently. I also really appreciated the laundry facilities. The washing machines and dryers were easy to use and worked perfectly, which made my stay much more convenient. Another pleasant surprise: I had ordered some packages in advance to be delivered to the hotel, and when I arrived, everything was already there waiting for me — it was so smooth and efficient! From beginning to end, this stay was comfortable, convenient, and full of thoughtful touches. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

My stay at the Beijing Exhibition Center Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I just have to rave about it! First off, the location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right next to the Beijing Exhibition Center, super close to the Zoo and Planetarium on foot. Plus, with Line 4 of the subway nearby, it's really convenient to get to attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Summer Palace. It's incredibly tourist-friendly. While the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept soundly. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries, showing great attention to detail. What surprised me the most was the service. The front desk staff were quick and friendly during check-in, and they even proactively recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. The housekeeping auntie was also incredibly diligent every day, tidying up my tossed-aside slippers and replenishing the bottled water – so thoughtful. The breakfast at the restaurant wasn't spectacular in terms of variety, but the food was delicious, including some authentic Beijing snacks. It was a great way to start the day fully fueled. The only minor drawback might be that some of the facilities feel a bit dated, but it didn't affect their use at all, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing!
