The hotel is simply elegant, with a subtle modern and stylish decor. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities, equipment, and bedding are all new. There's a coffee machine in the room, and I especially loved the small desk with both a desk lamp and an overhead light – it's perfect for business travelers who need to work late after returning to the hotel! The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very rich, with exquisite dishes. This is my second business trip to the China Academy of Building Research, and my second stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel Anzhen. I absolutely love it here; it makes a rushed trip feel calm and graceful.

The Madian Bridge subway station is right downstairs, offering convenient transportation. You can order takeout to the lobby, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but that's a minor detail given the prime location.

The hotel boasts excellent transport links. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the entrance, and Metro Line 12 is approximately a 6-minute walk away. You can also easily cycle to popular attractions like the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. During my stay, I went out for some sightseeing and realized I'd forgotten my ID. I called the front desk, and they promptly and efficiently helped me resolve the issue. I'm very grateful! The robot food delivery service was a fantastic touch.

I have stayed here several times last year and this year. The facility is very nice and clean, but the best aspect is the friendly staff that is always watching for opportunities to enhance my visit. They have helped me with translations, with using the self-service laundry, with holding interviews in the lobby, and with calling car services at busy times. I am very impressed.

It’s a comfortable and worry-free stay, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Beijing. An immersive comfort experience, absolutely fantastic! The Sheraton's bedding is so soft and comfortable for sleeping, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is a thoughtful touch. The lobby has an elegant ambiance, the restaurant uses high-quality ingredients, and the staff are always on hand when you need them. Whether for a vacation or a business trip, you'll feel completely at home.

The environment is warm, the door is very good to take a taxi, it is safe, and the surrounding is quiet. In particular, the service is really good, because Beijing is very cold now, the front desk lady is warm and welcoming, take the initiative to help pick up and put the luggage, the decoration style is also more comfortable, there is hot tea. Takeaway can be delivered to the door by the front desk staff. Today, the little brother at the front desk sent a bottle of warm mineral water. It was really warm. I am very grateful for such a travel experience.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the environment is more relaxed as soon as you enter the door~ The next morning, the renewal inquiry was also very timely. The cleaning aunt was so light that there was almost no sound, and it did not disturb the rest at all~ I accidentally dropped something when I left. Just finished the call to the front desk, It didn't take long to receive a reply, not only confirming the items but also helping to keep them properly, the details are all attached to the guests, and the experience is directly full! The young lady at the front desk is also very good at talking. I don’t know why some people will not evaluate it. Maybe the people are too angry now. The location of the hotel is very accessible. Few walks away from subway station. Next to a supermarket where you find all sorts of fresh and dry goods. Next to a tasty and cheap restaurant. Language may vary but reception is kind and accommodating, just need to use translator all time, they dont really speak english. Overall rating is good. I will definitely comeback and stay here.
