A family of four stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It was a really comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Cleaning is done regularly. In addition to the delicious breakfast, there is a free exercise room and laundry facilities. There was a free bus from the hotel to the Universal Beijing park every morning, which was convenient. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful and would try to help even with language barriers. They will do everything for their customers (Angela, Cali etc). In particular, a staff member named Fei Rui Jie, besides speaking English, was very helpful, and with her help, I was able to buy everything I wanted in China online. I have stayed in many hotels in Beijing before, but yours was the most comfortable amd friendly. We recently stayed at Yuegeli Hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The washing machine and auto-heated water dispenser were a big plus for us, adding extra convenience to our stay. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was also impeccable, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our time there. While the location isn’t the most central, we found it relatively convenient to get around, thanks to the nearby mall and bus stop. These made it easy for us to access everything we needed, despite the hotel being a bit off the main areas. Overall, our stay at Yuegeli Hotel was very pleasant, and we highly recommend it for the excellent service, cleanliness, and well-equipped rooms.
