Check-in was seamless, and cc had a very pleasant smile. I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. Late at night, my room key had a minor glitch with the elevator, but the front desk staff resolved it politely and swiftly. However, I was disappointed by two things: the executive suite lacked a full-length mirror, and the large bathroom mirror had numerous water stains, making it appear dirty.

The Wi-Fi signal was terrible; my phone couldn't connect, and it was even weaker on the higher floors. I reported this today, and a staff member came to check the router, but I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I've spent a lot on mobile data these past four days. On the afternoon of my fourth day, I had used the hotel pen from my desk and taken it with me. I called the front desk to ask if they could send up some paper and another pen. The front desk immediately refused, stating that each room is only provided with one pen. This is absolutely ridiculous! I'm staying for 7 consecutive nights. Even by their 'one pen per room' logic, if I changed rooms daily, I'd get seven. Why am I being refused one extra pen and treated like I'm trying to take advantage? Is it my poor etiquette, or is it the front desk staff's lack of service awareness and professionalism? In the end, it was the compassionate cleaning lady who brought the paper who thoughtfully gave me an extra pen. I truly wish the hotel management would make their service and policies more human-centric and less rigid and impersonal. (Honestly, the pen doesn't even look expensive at all.) The toilet in the hotel bathroom has a very weak flush and doesn't clean properly. I ended up having to use the shower head to rinse it down manually, which was extremely inconvenient.

This is arguably the best hotel in the Yizhuang area. Both the facilities and services are truly top-notch. The breakfast is also excellent; the *Zhajiangmian* left a wonderful lingering taste. There's a wide variety of options, from bread, pastries, fresh fruit, and vegetable salads, to congee, tofu pudding, and coffee – truly something for everyone.

I took the time to write this review a week after the incident, and I still feel warm while typing. That day I took a taxi from Daxing Airport to Yizhuang for a meeting, but encountered a traffic jam due to heavy rain. The driver drove for 40 minutes to get to the hotel. When the driver rushed into the hotel yard at about 2:30 in the afternoon, I could wring water out of my shirt and my hair was dripping with water. Before I got off the car, I saw the front desk guy hurriedly running to pick me up with an umbrella. Before I could react, my luggage had been taken out. It was a warm gesture before check-in. Like it 👍. When I arrived at the front desk, the front desk guy saw that I was shaking like a sieve, and hurriedly handed me a tissue. Suddenly he ran to get a glass of water from the lobby: ”Sister, I just made cola ginger tea, drink two sips to warm you up?” I was worried about catching a cold, but I took a sip of this hot cup - the sweet taste of cola mixed with the spicy ginger, it was really amazing! After drinking two cups in a row, my fingers were finally able to straighten. I took off my wet coat. Another little girl at the front desk was very discerning, hahahaha! Asked me if I wanted to take the clothes to dry, always paying attention to customer needs, really meticulous, about an hour later, the clothes were neatly delivered, with the cuffs still steaming. When I went out at night and passed by the front desk, I saw that every wet guest who came in was holding ginger tea in their hands, and the smell of ginger filled the entire lobby. When I checked out, the front desk chased me out and stuffed an umbrella into my hand, saying that according to the weather forecast, there would be thunderstorms in the afternoon. Guess what? Later, I was waiting for customers in the cafe under the Economic Development Zone Management Committee Building, and I really used this umbrella! The big brother in a suit next door stared at my umbrella engraved with the Atour logo, and I probably regretted not staying at Atour haha. To be honest, I used to think that hotels sending ginger tea were just for show, but this time I was really attracted. Now every time I pass by Yizhuang and see their sign, I feel a faint warmth on my back - don't get me wrong, it's not the sequelae of being caught in the rain, but the energy of remembering that life-saving hot drink!

My stay at your hotel was absolutely perfect. From a slightly disappointing start at check-in to a feeling of reluctance to leave, this shift in sentiment was entirely due to how your hotel made me feel truly at home. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. The room was spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. And the breakfast – a wide variety of delicious options that kick-started my day beautifully. Your dedicated service has become the warmest memory of my Beijing trip. My heartfelt thanks to you all, and I wish the entire hotel staff a happy double holiday and family well-being! Next time I'm in Beijing, this will definitely be my top choice!!!

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend it to friends. The location is convenient, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll be back again next time.

If you're not bothered by breakfast at the hotel, this Lavande is definitely the top choice! There are plenty of breakfast spots nearby, offering a wide variety from Chinese to Western options. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the lobby's pleasant aroma is very relaxing. The room is spacious and well-arranged, and the bedding is skin-friendly and breathable, making for a super comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, hot water comes instantly, and the toiletries are high quality. Service is prompt and responsive, with requests quickly addressed. The cleanliness details are top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations!
