Hotels in Happy Valley, Beijing

Booked 2 courtyard rooms. 1 room for both my kids and another for me and my wife. We arrived a few hours earlier than our check in time(9am) and they allowed us to check in since the rooms were ready, most hotels wouldn't allow that. The hotel was beautiful and cozy, feels like a high end 5 star hotel, just on a smaller scale. Perfect amount of fragrance, heating, soft beds and pillows. Unlimited bottled water supply, hot tea, snacks, soft drinks and fruits 24 hours! My kids loved it. Now about the staffs. The reception staffs were really helpful and friendly. Xiao Miao and Jia Yi, the front desk staff, were exceptional. Always ready to answer our questions and even helped to book is a cab when our app wasn't working. The Service Manager, Ms Zhang Lina was like a mother to us when we were staying there. Always reminding us that the weather is dry, cold or windy and making sure we have enough water before leaving the lobby everyday and making sure we take extra face masks provided by the hotel and remind us to zip up our jackets before stepping out. She would notice smallest details like if my daughter's socks wasn't pulled up nicely and she would pull it up for my daughter. I'm impressed. She helped with trip planning as well. Even the room cleaner was exceptional. 1 day I asked if I could take extra alcohol wipes before going out which I use to clean our hands after taking the subway. That day onwards, I would come back to my room and notice extra alcohol wipes in the bathroom every day. I would never expect that level of service but that's what they did. Amazing. Oh and there were a few really cute and fat stray cats outside the hotel as well. Really adorable ones. Hotel staffs gave my kids some fresh milk to feed the cute cats too.

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service! 🌷🌷🌷 After a long day out, returning to the hotel in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find a thermos of mineral water in my room. This was especially heartwarming on a cold night! Also, due to personal reasons, I couldn't make it back to the hotel in time for checkout, but the front desk graciously extended it until 4 PM without any hassle. I'm truly grateful. If I ever go to Beijing again, Qiu Guo will definitely be my first choice. The value for money is outstanding!

Easy to find and the environment was pretty good. The room had all the amenities. Transportation was also very convenient, with a market nearby and a subway station right next door. The room was cozy and comfortable, definitely worth recommending!!

The room is clean and odorless, the bedding is snow-white, the soundproofing is good, the front desk provides 24-hour service, the laundry and drying equipment are very new, and the overall hotel feels good. I changed rooms once, and the front desk patiently solved it. It was a good experience.

I arrived an hour early for check-in, and since my room wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. It was very clean and well-equipped, and the TV casting feature was super convenient. The decor felt very high-end. When ordering takeout, they'd call to notify me, and a robot would deliver it to the room. There was even an 'Xiaodu' smart assistant in the room! The hotel's location is great for transportation, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. I even overstayed by a few hours past check-out and they offered me a discounted rate to extend my stay. Overall, a fantastic travel experience – I'll definitely consider staying here again if I need a place in the future.

I didn't expect a random hotel in Beijing to be so good! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt high-end and classy! Then the lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She not only arranged for us to check in, but also asked us if we had anything to say to them. She replied as soon as she received it. The room gave people a comfortable feeling and was very clean! Every time I passed by the lobby, the brothers and sisters at the front desk greeted us. The service was really good and cost-effective! Super value!

Hygiene: Very clean! Facilities: A new hotel with complete and comfortable amenities. Environment: All kinds of supporting facilities are available in the surrounding area, with dining, entertainment, and shopping all within walking distance. Service: The front desk and room service were both very thoughtful, meticulous, and comfortable! Late-night porridge (self-service supper): Didn't get to experience it... but it probably wouldn't be bad.

Excellent Stay. Silent location close to the metro. Modern apartments. The staff provided a service equal to a 4-star European hotel, they really tried to make everything possible. The only disadvantage is that other guests tend to smoke in their rooms, although it is forbidden, and through the ventilation system, the smell went into all other guests' bathrooms. The hotel would be much better off if they enforced their smoking ban in the rooms consistently to avoid this issue.

We came to Beijing with our kids for the May Day holiday. As we drove, the convenient parking was a major plus. Metro Line 7 is nearby; it's a bit of a walk, but totally acceptable. Getting around by car or taxi is also very easy from here. Happy Valley and Universal Studios are not far away. It's also just 3km from Huiduogang Shopping Center, which offers 4 hours of free parking for members, making it super convenient for grabbing food, drinks, and doing some shopping. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

This hotel stay experience far exceeded my expectations. Upon entering, I was greeted by a spacious and bright lobby, an elegant environment, and attentive and meticulous front desk service. In particular, the bottle of water they handed me upon check-in made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
