The hotel's hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas, and there's also a dedicated family pool. The water temperature is just right, and the kids had a blast. After soaking, you feel completely refreshed. The relaxation area thoughtfully provides free drinks and fruits, perfect for quenching your thirst and re-energizing. The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was ample, making for a cozy stay in winter. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting us up for an energetic day. What was most surprising was that the hotel offers skiing. After hitting the slopes, you can then relax in the hot springs, and all your fatigue melts away. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Environment: Relaxing on the weekend, there was only one room with mountain view left. I didn't have much hope, but when I arrived at the B&B and it had just rained, the mountain view was very beautiful, surrounded by clouds and mist. The design style of the entire B&B is Japanese style, especially like an izakaya, very stylish. I must try the private bath room next time. Facilities: The B&B has a grill, you can eat barbecue, the bathrobe is from Marriott Hotel, and the configuration of the hair dryer is also good. Service: The two housekeepers provided very good service. They could pick us up at the bottom of the B&B and helped find a parking space. I needed to go to the hospital at around 11 o'clock in the evening, and the two housekeepers drove to accompany me to the hospital. They stayed with us until three in the morning. Thank you very much, and I am really embarrassed to let the housekeeper work overtime for so long.

I don’t even know where to start? To find such an incredible hotel so far from the city is like finding an oasis in a desert. Hampton by Hilton’s Changping branch is so many things but it would be none of them if not for the absolutely unforgettable staff. Most notable of all was Colin, one of the first faces you will meet when checking-in. He was the one who welcomed us last year and one of the reasons why we returned this year. We were quite lost last year and could not even hail a cab correctly and this young gentleman was there to help, multiple times. He will always think of ways to go the extra mile and so too will so many of his colleagues. There is not one frown to be found on everyone’s faces; the team are cheerful, energetic, friendly, very well put-together and truly make you feel welcomed and appreciated. This is beyond professional, this level of hospitality and customer service is something we never expected but is one of the reasons why we will return to Hampton by Hilton year after after. I booked a detached room mainly for the private bath. When I arrived, I found that the pool in the yard was very dirty, and there was uncleaned dog poop on the grass. In addition, the switch screen of the indoor bathtub was full of stains and had not been cleaned. The whole room is also very cold. Two small hanging air conditioners cannot cover such a large area. An additional heater needs to be turned on, and the temperature is still very low. There is no heating in the bathroom, and the windows are leaking. The hottest water temperature should be less than 45 degrees, and the bathing process is very cold. I checked in yesterday afternoon and checked out at 8:30 in the morning. I already had a cold when I came back. It was so cold that the dog didn't want to move. Overall, apart from the timely response of the service, there are no other highlights. Overall, it is not worth the price.

Super great, good service, good hygiene, really clean, the bed is very comfortable, take a photo for reference, the registration at the front desk is very formal, the elevator goes upstairs by swiping the card, the security is very high, we are bringing our family When traveling, the room was upgraded. If you need help during the trip, the front desk will answer your questions attentively. She is a super nice lady. I highly recommend everyone to check in. There is also a small robot to deliver food, which is very convenient🤔

It is a very good hotel in the remote Changping. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The room type was upgraded for free and the robot service is also quite good. Suggestion: The efficiency of robot food delivery should be improved. The smell of food in the breakfast room is too strong, and the aroma setting should be done well.

I brought my kids to let off some steam over the weekend and stayed in a Deluxe King Room. It seems I ran into the Beijing Orthopedic Surgery Medical Conference, so rooms were quite scarce. Service: Check-in procedures seemed a bit complicated, and I waited for about 15-25 minutes on Saturday afternoon at 2 PM. However, guests who booked through Ctrip seemed to check in faster, didn't need to pay a deposit, and got their rooms immediately. With the hotel almost fully booked on a weekend, it seems some high-tier Marriott members tried to battle for an upgrade but weren't successful, which further confirmed the room shortage. I had requested a bed rail in advance, and it was provided right away. Environment: Standard five-star hotel. Hygiene: The room hygiene was good, and swim caps are required for the pool. The only drawback was that the children's club restroom had an odor that spread to the activity area because the door was left open, which is not up to five-star standards. Facilities: Overall good, nothing was broken. However, the TV is an older model and doesn't support screen mirroring.

I booked this room for the Gaokao (college entrance exam). The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for getting to No. 2 Middle School and the subway. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs. It was quiet, and the examinee had a very comfortable stay for the few days. The front desk service was also very thoughtful. Knowing it was for a Gaokao student, they specifically arranged a late check-out. The lobby even had special reminders about Gaokao注意事项 (important exam information) and good wishes, which was a nice touch!

This hotel is clean and has a good location. It is just next to the highway and only takes 5 minutes to get there after getting off the highway. I always stay here when I go to Changping on business. It is a good choice.

孩子考上北京的大學入住了維也納酒店，酒店比較乾淨，服務態度澤挺好，周邊吃的飯店基本要走1到1.5公里左右，好像附近沒有地鐵，不是很方便。其他都挺好。
