This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and not far from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and skin-friendly bedding – I felt relaxed the moment I lay down. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The service was thoughtful down to the details: the front desk staff were warm, professional, and helpful; the cleaning staff meticulously cleaned every day and promptly restocked supplies; and the restaurant's breakfast was varied, nutritious, and delicious. The facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked flawlessly. Overall, it's incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends!

I booked a room and the front desk kindly upgraded me. The room was warm thanks to the underfloor heating, and it was exceptionally clean. The smart amenities were fantastic, especially the screen mirroring and the smart assistant, Xiao Du. You need your room card to access the upper floors, which made me feel very secure! The lobby on the first floor is quiet and bright, perfect for working. The front desk staff provided excellent service, even allowing me a late check-out. This was truly my most satisfying stay ever!

This was my second visit to this hotel, and it's the closest hot spring resort to my home. The service was as warm and welcoming as ever. I remember it hasn't been open for very long, but the toilet cistern in my room was already quite old and worn. Although the staff fixed it promptly, there were still some issues. I hope they can improve this in the future!

Because of my child's competition, I didn't want to commute back and forth to the city. I wanted my child to get an early night's sleep and have breakfast available. The hotel is very large, but the management isn't up to par, especially the dining. The facilities are good, and the hygiene is fine, but the food just isn't good. You can't even buy good food with money! This is quite thoughtless for kids who are here for competitions. We might come back here again, and I hope there will be improvements. Thank you. Oh, and the hot springs were pretty good; the water was clean, and it felt comfortable after a soak. The service was warm and attentive. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff, Ben, was always available when needed, making the entire process from check-in to check-out smooth and hassle-free. The service was thoughtful and thorough, making for an absolutely fantastic stay!

Not a bad hotel, well worth the price. The room is spacious. Hot water runs smoothly. Shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning, and slippers are provided. There are no windows, but that's not a big deal since we only stayed overnight. The receptionist was very helpful. There's a refrigerator and tea making facilities. The mattress is uncomfortable, very hard.
