The location is great, very close to the New East Gate – you can literally turn a corner and be right at the scenic area (make sure to enter before 5 PM). The reception staff in the lobby were all very nice and even thoughtfully gave us a welcome gift. We booked a lake view room, but the surrounding buildings are a bit too dense, so it wasn't a full panoramic view, which was a minor imperfection. However, the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. Although the balcony isn't completely finished, you can still enjoy a fantastic view of both the lake and the mountains. It's a really excellent choice. And the breakfast – it's absolutely outstanding! It has Xinjiang specialties that are even better than what you'd find in provincial capitals.
