MM424052****What a wonderful guesthouse experience! We booked a twin room for our family of three, and even before check-in, the guesthouse proactively asked if we needed the beds pushed together, mentioning it would be safer for sleeping with a child – talk about attention to detail! The combined bed was spacious and sturdy, so we didn't have to worry about our child rolling off in their sleep, which gave us great peace of mind. The room had both floor heating and air conditioning. The floor heating kept the room incredibly warm; walking barefoot on the floor felt so cozy. The AC was also easy to adjust, making the entire room warm and comfortable, so we didn't have to worry about the chill from Sayram Lake at all. The breakfast was incredibly thoughtful, with a full spread including congee, freshly cooked noodles, various dishes, fruits, and yogurt. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and our child absolutely loved it. The guesthouse's attentive service, excellent facilities, and hearty breakfast, combined with the breathtaking scenery of Sayram Lake, made this family trip absolutely bursting with happiness! I've already recommended it to friends traveling with kids, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Sayram Lake.

XXLJordanIt was a really pleasant stay in this hotel. Staffs worked in the front are really nice and professional. The check in process was fluent and quick. Rooms are comfortable and high tech backed. Bed mattresses and comforts are 5 star hotel quality. I would stay with this hotel again in the future.

YYanjuluoshixiaFacilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

GGuest UserSpecial price room, exceeded expectations. It’s much better than living in Yunshang opposite ten days ago. It was beyond my expectation. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Environment: There are surveillance cameras in the lobby or in the glass room, so you don't have to worry about too many people. You just can't wash. But living in Saihu is really more convenient. If you don't have a budget, you can really consider it.
