The second-floor platform where breakfast is served offers stunning sunset views. The 'Star Curtain' room boasts unbeatable scenic views. My friend and I upgraded to this room, and it was absolutely delightful to watch sunsets, sunrises, and the starry sky, all while lying down and gazing at Sayram Lake. We were also lucky enough to see snow-capped mountains in late September, right from our bed. This was by far the most satisfying and relaxing hotel on our Northern Xinjiang trip! 👍"

"The environment is great, and the breakfast selection is rich. However, since the morning temperature was quite low, the food cooled down very quickly. It would be nice if the restaurant could turn up the heating a bit. The room had all the basic amenities, and the hot water was comfortable to use, although the water heater switch was a bit clunky. They didn't provide disposable toilet seat covers, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, the window of this room type overlooks a large construction site, so if you don't want to be bothered by noise, you might want to choose a different room. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even called me when I left something behind and gave me a souvenir. All in all, it was pretty good. Plus, there's robot service that delivers takeaways directly to your room."

It's about 4 minutes' drive from Friendship Shopping Center, 1.3 kilometers away, and 700 meters away from Modern Central City, and it's about 2 minutes' drive. Alashankou Airport is 17.7 kilometers, about 22 minutes by car, 88 kilometers from Sailimu Lake, and about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

"The facilities were good, but I didn't quite understand the cultural atmosphere. Many of the hotel's signs seemed strange. For example, the floor signs inside the elevator—besides the English, what do the rest mean? Maybe my knowledge is insufficient, but I don't quite understand!
I encountered some incomprehensible issues with breakfast. The tea service provided tea leaves and hot water for self-brewing was excellent, but the hot water only stayed at around 70 degrees Celsius. How were we supposed to brew tea? Also, the coffee machine seemed to have a problem; it took the staff over ten minutes to make coffee!"

"This was our 8th stop on our Xinjiang trip. Since I don't usually book hotels in advance, I decided on this one after seeing its proximity to Sailimu Lake. It's about a 5-minute drive from the East Gate, which is super convenient.
The prices around Sailimu Lake's East Gate are generally not low, but for the sake of saving time during our trip, it was worth paying a bit more.
I loved the room – it was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was also excellent. In the morning, I wanted to do some laundry and quickly head to the scenic area, so I asked one of the hotel's 'little horse housekeepers' (a lovely touch!) to keep an eye on it and help with drying after the wash. By the time we finished breakfast, everything was already packed up for us. Big thumbs up!
The breakfast selection was decent, but there weren't enough seats. It definitely got a bit crowded during peak hours, and I couldn't even get in line for noodles."

"I always stay at HUAZHU hotels when I travel, but I saw a post on Xiaohongshu recommending Wangshan No. 1 and decided to book it! It completely exceeded my expectations; the service quality was 💯. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with excellent facilities, plus thoughtful touches like warm milk and snacks. Beyond that, there were many additional services, like the butler helping with laundry and drying, which was super convenient and didn't interrupt our plans at all. There was even complimentary coffee to take away when we left, which was surprisingly delicious—perhaps due to the fragrant milk. I would recommend this to everyone visiting Saihu!"

"Five-star review! This trip to Sayram Lake, Tan Cheng·Yi was a huge and pleasant surprise. I booked a king-size bed but was upgraded to a lake-view twin room. The room cleaning was very meticulous, with an en-suite bathroom. The room was equipped with complimentary drinking water, a capsule coffee machine, and disposable toiletries that could be replenished at the front desk anytime. The public areas were lovely, with afternoon tea and a bar, perfect for relaxing in the lobby after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry and free parking were especially convenient for self-driving tourists. The staff were very thoughtful, and any questions could be asked via WeChat at any time. It's close to Sayram Lake, making it very convenient for sightseeing. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

The hotel environment is decent, and given its location by Sai Lake, prices are generally on the higher side, which is to be expected. They offer afternoon tea and coffee, along with dining options. You can even get the afternoon tea to go, and the food itself is pretty good, saving you the hassle of finding places to eat outside. The hotel is quite large and offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The rooms are new and in good condition."

Guest UserBecause the Duku Highway was closed, we changed our itinerary and booked a hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be the best hotel in our price range during our ten-plus days of travel. Problems were resolved quickly, the environment was clean and tidy, and they were very child-friendly! We even got a 10% discount at the Lotus Restaurant next door.
I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Sayram Lake next time.

JuliaThis hotel was a highlight of our Xinjiang trip! Every area of the room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Layla provided exceptional service, even proactively offering tips for exploring the scenic area. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon tea and late-night congee/supper options – truly thoughtful service. A few days after checking out, I realized I might have left some clothes in the lobby. I contacted Layla, and she quickly located them for us and promptly arranged for SF Express to ship them. So grateful! 🥹

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserThe room features a panoramic glass window, allowing you to enjoy the grassland scenery right from your bed. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake. The room itself is very spacious, with excellent natural light and complete amenities. We also met a lovely, friendly black kitten at the camp. If you're visiting Sayram Lake and don't want to stay in a traditional hotel, I highly recommend this place. It's super convenient for watching both sunset and sunrise, and it's also very close to the scenic area.

Special price room, exceeded expectations. It’s much better than living in Yunshang opposite ten days ago. It was beyond my expectation. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic.
